We got nice rooms with a Church view. Our kids were so happy to have fun in the swimming pool. Food was tasty but a little overpriced.

Our recent stay at Sea Gate was just average. Having stayed there a few years ago, we chose to return based on our previous experience. Unfortunately, we noticed a decline in the quality of both the rooms and services. The food was below average, the room's upkeep—both inside and outside—was poorly maintained, and most of the TV channels were not functioning properly.

Me & my family stayed at sea gate for two days, it was really a good stay & wonderful experience for us. hotel room & food taste also excellent.

1. The room is old but clean. 2. The hotel staff are well-mannered and helpful. 3. However, the restaurant staff are not polite — they seem more interested in tips than providing good service. We ordered four fried rice and a chilli gobi, but they only served the fried rice. Since they delayed the chilli gobi, I had to cancel it. Despite the poor service, they still expected a tip. 4. The water mixer pipe in my room was not working properly. 5. There are many bird nests in front of the hotel parking area, so every morning we had to wash the car because of bird droppings. 6. The restaurant is overpriced, but the food quality is good.

This hotel location and surrounding are really beautiful. Main church is walkable distance. All facilities are provided. Our room was neat and clean.

Food is not good and the prices are very high and waiting for the food. It is like need to wait 10 to 15 minutes then to order, but still there is no proper service and toilet. The washbasin water is not at all coming and from the hotel to church, it's very far distance so all over we experience a very bad.

Very decent hotel. Clean rooms, bedding, towels, toilets. Quite a good in-house restaurant. Fantastic views of the Morning Star church and the Sacred Heart statue. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. Adequate car parking. Overall a nice stay.

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 infants and booked this property for 3 nights, paying close to Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. Rooms: The rooms did not match the images shown online. The secondary bed was extremely narrow and uncomfortable, the linens were worn out, and the overall upkeep was below basic standards. Hot water supply was entirely dependent on a solar heater, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setup. With infants and cloudy weather, there was no hot water available—at the very least, a geyser should have been provided. The air conditioner kept tripping frequently, making the stay even more difficult. Food: The dining experience was by far the worst aspect of this property. Prices are unreasonably high, yet the quality is abysmal. I ordered a simple meal of dal and 8 chapatis—what arrived was dal in a foil container with no bowls or cutlery, and chapatis that were undercooked. On top of that, being charged INR 140 for just a few slices of onion is nothing short of outrageous. It felt like guests were being taken advantage of, rather than served. Pool & Facilities: The pool was dirty, with debris floating around and no staff present to maintain hygiene or safety standards. The outdoor shower area was filthy, and people were entering the pool in completely inappropriate clothing, with no regulations in place. Basic hygiene and management were simply ignored. Conclusion: This property fails on multiple fronts—rooms, amenities, food, and overall service. For the price charged, the experience was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others not to waste their money here. There are far better alternatives available that actually care about guest comfort and hospitality.

Location is gud...but food and service are bad in point of my view

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit (Seagate Resorts) once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

Visiting Velankanni during the festival time gives good faith on Mother Mary More over participating flag hoisting time gives fulfillness of Mother Mary faith Also service rendered by Sh Ranjit and Sh Venkat is very good
