Pathetic rooms. They have taken rentals as per 4 star property but room conditions are not good. Not worth it.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel. Rooms are decent, reception is courteous, staff is very friendly. Located just near the shore. Good place to stay. They have a DJ every Saturday and guests are free to join. Only thing that needs to be improved is food taste. Breakfast also needs to be improved. Overall good place to stay.

Not worth for a night. Room was very small. Not that tidy. Food wasnt great. Too pricy overall.

The swimming pool has different rules & protocols breakfast is not good. In the room there are no washroom carpets provided, restaurant bar price is so high

It was a very bad experience...AC was not working and water was leaking inside the room, landline was not working...food quality was very bad... services and hospitality seemed like 800 Rs...no hygiene and too much smell inside the room.

Location is very good, food is not that good.

Hopeless and dirty hotel, nothing is good here, it’s a trap horrible hotel, it’s a typical darmalashala , seems like a roadside 500 rs wala, wastage of money

We are glad to share our experience about in sea rock villa daman, too good hospitality, food services, room services. Even behaviour of each person are marvelous. Hotel is located just in-front of sea. We would like to stay this time of every time. Thank you.

You charged me for two nights but on the spot booking was only per night. Hotel refused me buffet breakfast saying it is not included with booking. Property is in very poor condition. I left staying only overnight. In the price you charged me i am staying in very good resort didn't expect this from a big name

Location good. Ambience not good with property. Deceiving photographs. Not at all value for money. Poor maintenance. Food average. No internet available in our room. No qualified technician to fix it.

I had very bad experience staying at this hotel. The room's bedsheets were not cleaned and had many stains including shoes. Also the room was not equipped with proper door latch. Too much mosquitos on the property & in the room.

When we have booked the hotel photos are different and the actual room is of different condition. Basic facilities like ac tv and charging points are not working properly. Hygiene of food is also not there. So many mosquitoes are there. Rates of property and food are too high compared to nearby hotels. Staff is also not cooperative. Not recommend to stay in hotel sea rock villa because u may get better at the same rate with proper meals and good facilities.

On checking in at 4.45 pm on 6th February I found the room to be pathetic and not fit for stay I vacated the room at 6.50 pm on 6th Feb itself, after making alternate arrangements on my own, within two hours of checking in to Sea Rock Villa The hotel refused to give my refund and even a check out bill. I can share the check-in-checkout extract from their register if u need the same Pl note that I am one of ur oldest and regular customer I expect a fair solution to the issue as I had to spend additional money to make emergency alternate arrangement for myself and my family …. The hotel sea rock villa is unfit for any habitation as it is completely in shabby shape with huge swarms of mosquitos and non moving window panes broken window glasses , indescribable rom and bathroom condition I am completely disappointed
