Hotel Sea View Palace

I recently visited the property with my family. I highly recommend this considering it's scenic view, picturesque location, tasty food at reasonable price, cleanliness and staff hospitality. It is like half an hour distance from Padmanabhaswamy temple,, which is due to it is situated in Kovalam.

Disappointing Experience Our stay at Seaview Palace, Kovalam, was unpleasant. The room and bedsheets were dirty, with ants crawling on the bed. The receptionist was reluctant to share the WiFi password, and after multiple requests, he finally gave it to us. Despite informing them about our 4 AM checkout for an early flight, no staff was present to assist, leaving us to carry our luggage 150 meters to the parking area. Overall, poor service and cleanliness — wouldn’t recommend.

Dirty bedsheet has provided. Hot water not available. Staff are very polite. Others things are ok

The stay was good. But in some rooms, there was some ants on the bed and the bed had stains too.

Room was clean but bed quality, washrooms, towels, etc, were below standard. Nice view from the balcony and accessible beach

Location of the property is fantastic,staff behaviour is also good.Best part is the view of light house frm hotel common balcony.

3. Akhil classic everything was fine, but i had a bit of a bad experience while staying there because unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly. We had already settled into that room, but we had to change rooms suddenly, so that was a bad experience for me there. Otherwise, everything was fine. Sea view palace it was too bad of an experience because the television did not work during the stay. I asked them to fix it, but they could not help us. The blankets they provided were of cheap quality. Overall, it was not a good experience.

No car parking available at the hotel, you have to pay extra amount for the car parking, no car access.

It was a decent stay only, please try to add on comments if any specific conditions you have,

The way to reach there is full dirty and narrow. The room hygiene is worst. We found worms in the water. Not for drinking or bathing

The location of the hotel is infront of lighthouse beach. The hotel staffs are very good. They are very helpful. There is a restaurant in the ground floor named santana restaurant. Thes foods are very good but very costly. Overall it was nice to stay.

Receptionist not cooperate with us. Non ac room average washroom facilities not good location and ambiance is good all over experience bad

Nice sea view hotel with neat n clean room, they provide luggage pick and drop facility also due to no direct roads to hotel

First of all staff was very honest and good. I will give 5 star to staff. I will give 4 star to view from hotel, very near to light house beach. I will give 2 star to route which we have to follow to reach at the hotel from our car. Car parking is paid and which is far from hotel around 200 meter. Bur staff will come to pick you so no worries about luggage.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, beach view, decent rooms, well managed staffs, very near to beach.

No access to the hotel, it’s a long walk through narrow alleyways where vehicles don’t fit. Parking area is too small - we didn’t find parking spaces. The room was tiny, with barely any space to walk. Bed sheets and pillows smelled bad, and the whole room smelled damp and musty. We were promised a sea view from the common balcony, but the sea was far away and hardly visible from the stay. Not a suitable stay for single women travellers and families.

It was very good. Staff are very supportive. Beach is very good with neat one. I will give reference to my friends.

Great stay! rooms were neat and well maintained. Will recommend it to others. This is my second time staying at this place
