Hotel Seaface - Kovalam

Location is very good but bad smelling in Room & Service about hot water & Towels & blanket not provided by hotel after so many times inform by us.

Only thing I like is the position. Rest nothing is good. Very old hotel, poor maintenance. Bedsheets not clean. It is over priced. We get towel also after asking. Food is also costly and not very tasty. Slow service also. Location and view I will give 5/5. Rest nothing I like. With this price I can get far better hotel.

The condition of the hotel is not as good as the photos on the site and the room service is not good.

location is excellent , almost all rooms have sea view, service is very good. food was good. cleanliness was very good.

Nice location. Large rooms with all amenities. Good behaviour of the staff. One can enjoy food drink and sea at the pool side restaurant from the evening. Nice experience. Highly recommended.

Dear sir, The hotel Sea face Kovlam is below standard rooms. Not the kind of rooms which are shared on your website. Bad odour, Unhygienic, not clean, Dampness in the room, old furniture and old interior in the room. lock not properly operative. Absolutely ridiculous, just like a lodge .Not recommended to stay in these rooms. Stop booking these rooms immediately to avoid inconvenience to the customers

Pleasant stay with sea

A beautiful location on the beach side of Kovalam. Very picturesque scene from 1st flr rooms. Services are really slow but rest all good

The hotel is in a sorry state of maintenance from all possible angles, like, plumbing, locks and bathroom gadgets etc. We had to endure absolute power cut for more than 4 hours due to internal cable fault and old generator crying for repair or preferably, replacement. Other than the excellent location of the hotel, nothing else deserves a positive recommendation.

Property is next to the beach and from the sea facing balcony room, view is clear and amazing. Hotel has its own restaurant and bar. but the food quality is average. Receptionist are not good bcz they are restricting the to go inside the pool. but there were other guest, who used it without asking them and beyond pool time. rest the room and location is awesome

Location is Excellent Rooms on ground floor are old. Need some make over, Over all Good, Recommended

Property is old and ok ok types, bedsheet and towels were very old and torned, our stay was for 2 days but they did not change the linen on the second day of our stay, only did dusting of the room, not sure why in mmt it is rated as 4 star property, rating of 3 star is also too much for it. However in google it is rated as 3 star property.

Hotel was well maintained especially in front of the Beach!!!

hotel location and view is awesome. gives direct entry to beach and has parking food facilities. room size is big and service is also fine

location was good near by sea beach. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Food was good. staffs were well mannered. we will visit again.

The location was great but service was average. The food was also costly with an average test. Recommended to those who want experience a sea face location
