It’s a poor experience I had in this resort, It’s 28 years old property there is no proper management. It is full of dust there is no proper cleaning. House Keeping people behaviour is not good. paid but is not at all worth. I suggest if they provide professional people to maintain the property then it is good

1. The washroom was not clean. 2. The washbasin the washroom had blockage problem. 3. The towels were extremely old. 4. The cupboard needed repair. 5. We were compelled to keep the room door open during our beach visit, as the guests who stayed earlier misplaced the electronic key of the room, as told by the hotel staff. It is understood that the hotel staff did not have any extra key. 6. AC had only on/off option with a fixed setting at 22 degree C. 7. Apart from the Hotel location, nothing was good. 8. No dental kits were provided. 9. We booked the hotel at about Rs. 5174 (without breakfast) and it was not at all worth it.

Location is a major highlight: the hotel is right on the beach (Hawa/Lighthouse beach stretch) so you’ll get beautiful sea views, and easy beach access. Guests consistently say the view from a sea-facing balcony is “clear and amazing”. If you get one of the sea‐view rooms with balcony, the experience is significantly better. For example: > “Property is next to the beach and from the sea facing balcony room, view is clear and amazing.” Staff attitude in many positive reviews: when the hotel is working well, the staff are described as warm, welcoming, and helpful. Good for a casual beach holiday: if your main aim is to relax by the sea, enjoy the view and walk to the beach, the hotel ticks the “location & view” box quite well.

Only thing I like is the position. Rest nothing is good. Very old hotel, poor maintenance. Bedsheets not clean. It is over priced. We get towel also after asking. Food is also costly and not very tasty. Slow service also. Location and view I will give 5/5. Rest nothing I like. With this price I can get far better hotel.

Dear sir, The hotel Sea face Kovlam is below standard rooms. Not the kind of rooms which are shared on your website. Bad odour, Unhygienic, not clean, Dampness in the room, old furniture and old interior in the room. lock not properly operative. Absolutely ridiculous, just like a lodge .Not recommended to stay in these rooms. Stop booking these rooms immediately to avoid inconvenience to the customers
