Hotel Sealord

The Hotel Sealord gave services par excellence. The employees at every level knows their job well. Rooms were very spacious, enough space for every stuff. Service was very prompt. They add personal touch in each and every work. Would like to mention the person works as a receptionist in both day and night shift. The food manager in princess restraunt and the booking officer, who took care of booking in Hotel Sealord. We are really thankful for staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Rooms were spacious. We were 11 members including 2 children who accommodated in 3 spacious rooms. Restaurant serves nice food. Location is close to shopping area the broadway market and kochi boating area at marine walk. Booking through Makemytrip was easy just mention no. of rooms and guests and it allocates you to right size of the room on the property. I was anxious earlier but was pleasantly surprised.

Quality food followed by quality service at an excellent location at the queen of Arabian sea make it outstanding among other Hotel Sealords. Further the once upon a time land mark and most luxury Hotel Sealord is even now keeping its style to a certain extent. The fish curry meals from the Arabian sea make the stay memorable.

Very nice Hotel on a very good location. Rooms are specious with all amenities. Front office staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is little bit expensive. Bathroom is specious but bathing area is very small. Management should take a note on this. Overall very good choice for stay in Ernakulam.

Decent stay. Opposite marine drive View from the Hotel has a nice City view. Staff was helpful Service was not upto the mark had to call reception thrice for service still it took Long. Small cockroaches encounter at night. Need some serious pest control.

This is an old Hotel Sealord. But it will give you a nice experience. Washrooms and interiors are not refurbished. But very interesting. We enjoyed the stay. You can recommend this Hotel Sealord to anyone. Really worth for the money.

Their staff was too friendly. They guide me in their city too. I would like to tell, if you are going Kerala, Cochin then you should stay here. Its opposite to Marine Drive, thanks I would like to visit again.

Pros - It's opposite to Marine Drive entrance, staff is helpful. Cons - No car park but Hotel Sealord manages by providing it in the street, bathroom feels old, restaurant food is average.

Generally speaking, the name sealord itself is a feel. Still they keep it perfectly. Good ambience.

Professional management starts from the courteous front office. Above expectations to cost, with neat and tidy room and facilities at the heart of Marine Drive in Cochin.

The Hotel Sealord even though a bit aged still do maintain its grace.

That is an awesome location, everything was so good and pleasant there that made our trip too much great.

Inadequate and least looked upon. No social distancing in lift also practiced

I had asked for an hour extension for my checkout, but the management didn't agree. Apart from that, the stay was ok for us.
