Hotel Searock Beach

it was very disappointing stay. Bed was not comfortable, matress of double bed got divided into two parts. No any substitute/remedies was provided by management. swimming pool was dirty no one could use .

Food is very bad. We are only once. Later we are outside. Hotel location is ok. Intercom was working in the hotel. It was difficult to contact the staff. Room was cleaned after reminder

Positives: hotel location is good,right at beach,from balcony u can view beach Negatives: Room facilities not good,fan regulator is faulty,fan only working at full speed,ac is also not that effective,water kettle also not working

It was really nice property really jst 1 min away from beach. But they need to improve breakfast and also need to work on swimming pool and need to do cleaning oustide

Not a great place. Building is in poor condition, cracks, holes, poor decoration. Lots of repair work happening, workmen shouting at 7am. No wifi in room, only in reception. No toilet paper, no mini fridge to cool water. However room and bathroom are large. Balcony overlooks beach.

Location is best. Property not in good condition. Need a lot of changes to be done on building as well as interior. Only best part is very next to beach

I stayed during 15-17 november 2024. The hotel is under renovation so all the times sound and noise. Dust. No tv working, no internal telephone to call reception. Breakfast time is 8 to 10 but very poor breakfast. If you go at 9 am you will get a cold breakfast as they do not serve hot breakfast. Although the location of the hotel is good, but there are many hotels on the beach nearby.

Food quality very poor. My review maintenance work at hotel going on. Bathroom and room are not maintained properly. Balcony area also not clean. Overall bad experience. Just one positive point there. View of beach from this hotel is very beautiful

Very bad experience we had rooms are not clean breakfast is very bad late service cilvl work is going on. That's the main disturbance. Staff doesn't know how to speak

worst hotel I have ever seen.No proper bed, dirty towel, there is no restaurant,swimming pool, buffet etc ..everywhere pigeon waste, spider web, worst experience

Very near to sea and to all the places. This is the 4th time to sea rock. Rooms are hygiene and even the ambience is good

Horrible experience in this stay. Spider web, pigeon waste was there, bucket dirty, no one is there to carry luggage, receptionist was least bothered, towel dirty etc and charges so high

service was poor.no dining,they claim for swimming pool but it was not there.There were no cleaning in rooms lobbies.all together we are highly disappointed during our stay.

Zero cleanliness with quite small rooms with balcony full of pigeon waste and dust and stinky rooms. We had to checkout early as were just not able to bear with it. The only positive thing about this place is at least the reception guy is not rude.

Since this is a very old property of kovalam but they have maintained it properly and cleanliness i give it 7 out of 10.

Just because you are on beach doesn't mean you should have such poor rooms and facilities and that too at such obnoxious prices

Too much sand in the bed and blankets, hard large pillows, bad bathrooms, poor service to start with. Just because its on the beach it may be being booked by people
