Hotel Season 4

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Session 4. The location was super convenient but still nice and quiet. TMy room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others too.

Good experience. Stayed two there for two days. Customer friendly owner and staff. They helped me when needed. Only one night was terrible due to some misbehaving customers. They tried to knock my doors unwanted and made noise all night.

The stay was very comfortable & service was also very satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel season 4 have nothing to eat as they get food from other restaurants. They don't have there own kitchen as we cannot have toast or any snacks in the hotel. Room was ok and cleanliness is ok too.

Pathetic hotel rooms and services, i suggest not to book hotel. Not good for family, bachelor or boys drink alcohol and smoking in hotel lobby

It's pathetic, rude behavior of the staff, we booked room including breakfast but in breakfast they only provided tea and poha.

Location and safety is very good, food quality and quantity as compared to price not matched.

Bed sheet not clean

The hotel was mostly empty and not many people were in the hotel. The room were okay but not properly clean. The pillow and sheet were not clean. Breakfast was available but limited options dinner needs to be ordered and comes from outside

Good hygiene practised and safety measures followed, dinner ordered was properly wrapped, location was nice because my centre was nearby

I booked the room for 1 night but 1 stayed there for 2 hours only for the poor facilities and bad behaviour of hotel staff, i suggest everyone that please don't stay there, this is not a hotel, it's just like a room of dharmasala in price of of a three star hotel. They are not going to provide you the towel, water bottle like basic things and at the time of checkout they will ask for extra money for every single thing which is very terrible. Lift was not working, and i can tell more what kind of terrible stay was that, i wish i could get my money back, i also raised a complaint for this, please look in this.

The behavior of the staff is fine, but the services as claimed on the online site do not get the same level and services, it is also very expensive.

Room was not cleaned. Towel was smelly. Could not get even hot water to drink when temperature at Jaipur was 4°C. They do not have own restaurant. Only small dirty kitchen. Service boys unprofessional. Bring coffee in open cup. By the time it reaches in my room, it was lukewarm. Not at all professional.

The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely prefer this Hotel whenever I visit Jaipur again. Food quality was also decent. 24 hour reception desk service. I checked out at 4 Am and it was really smooth.

All staff are very supporting.
