Yes I reached late night around 9 pm ... But after reaching they welcomed me very well .. And immediately gave me clean room. Also ordered food around 9: 30 pm after fresh. I received my order around 10 pm. Food quality was too good and staff was also supportive. Overall its a value for money.

I still do not know how such a good Hotel SEASON 4 is offering cheap price for stay. Rooms were really clean and good. Staffs were good and guided me well since this is my first time in patna. I will give my highest rating for this Hotel SEASON 4.

I stayed only for the night. Reached late so they waited for me. The bathroom was clean and the room spacious. The staff got some water but could have been friendlier/warmer. The curtain rod was broken but one might not care too much about that.

The Hotel is at an excellent location. The infrastructure and amenities are good but room service is very slow. Food is good but you will only get 10-15 items out of their menu card consisting of more than 100 items.

Nice place to stay, location is good near railway station Patna, nice staff but no parking but even. Room are good clean room, in market near kankarbag, near market nice stay great place to say.

Excellent hospitality, manager Mithun is awesome human. Behaved like known old friend. Food quality is good. Especially dehati chicken and chappati. Excellent service By Hotel staff as well.

Toiletries weren't provided we had to ask. Mosquito repellent wasn't available due to which a lot of mosquitoes were in the room. Doormat wasn't there unlike other Hotel SEASON 4s.
