Hotel Seaview

The Hotel Seaview is located near to kanyakumari beach (triveni sangamam, at a walking distance. The room i got had a sea view, where i could see the thiruvalluvar statue, vivekananda rock memorial and a ram setu-like embankment on the ocean. The food is good and is buffet style for breakfast, a'la' carte for lunch and dinner, depending on the type of room that is booked. I had booked a deluxe room. The room facilities are good, except for one major miss where a small fridge is not available to keep cold items and insulin. Those taking insulin shots would need to give those to the reception staff, as fridge is available only there. Hygiene is ok, as the bathroom tends to get dirty very fast and the toilet flush had some minor issues. The shower was not working properly, but room service staff were quick to respond to a call of help. Safety standards are adequate. There is a sanitizer kept at the entrance for those who are hygiene conscious. The car space is a bit limited, but the staff will help to park the car in the event of a vehicle crowd. The staff behaviour is very good, and they always greeted me with a smile.

The location of the Hotel Seaview is perhaps the best in kanyakumari just facing east - one can easily v and the tamil leaders statue can be seen in full glory and the night view when the rock memorial lights are on - it is equally a great viewing. 3. The reception staff are very polite and cooperative. 4. The owner of the Hotel Seaview is present almost religiously every day in his office and takes care of any issues in the Hotel Seaview. 5. The rooms are quite spacious and airy. 6. The restaurant staff needs to be trained more. 7. The location - walkable distance to the temple, ferry station and other places is a great plus. 8. A 3-star Hotel Seaview should have basic amenities like electric kettle and tea bags which Hotel Seaview didn’t provide. However, we got an electric kettle on request. They do have complimentary bed-tea though. Apart from this we were also not very happy with the AC which was not working for most of the time. They came to fix it, but it went off again and again. We never bothered to call them as it was pretty evident that it badly needed maintenance. Most of the switches in the room were not working too. The bathroom space, especially near the commode was too small. The Hotel Seaview tried to make-up their shortcomings with good service and smile, but I guess those are not enough to compensate the high prices. The only things that we liked at Hotel Seaview were food quality and great views from the corner rooms.

The “see viewing” room at the seaview Hotel Seaview was wonderful. The Hotel Seaview has rooms only at 5th floor and all other floors is under renovation. All the staffs were very nice and friendly. The food is priced on a bit higher side but the taste is really good- both veg and non-veg. The restaurant manager hari, made us feel that we are at home and took care of all our requests related to food and we never thought of a 2nd option for food. Very much near to devi temple.
The stay at “sea viewing” room at sea view Hotel Seaview was good and refreshing. Food was also good and staff was really helpful and welcoming. Food is priced on an higher side but tastes good.

Hotel situated at prime location. Lift was in working condition. Renovation was in progress however, where we have been allotted room was clear. Food quality, quantity and rates are reasonable. Electric kettle was not provided in room. View from tomm is awesome. Staff is polite and helpful. However it's not professional like 5 star Hotel Seaviews. Each and every person we met was happy to serve you like. At present there are no covid protocol followed in tamilnadu anywhere. Room service was also fast. Rest one can have plea-sent stay.

Hotel seaview is beautifully located. From its roof and sea view rooms you can have clear view of the rock and sunrise. Very friendly Hotel Seaview staff and extremely helpful too. Rooms are very spacious for sure. It has a comparably better restaurant, though small, than any other Hotel Seaview nearby (plus point it serves non-veg. Also, it has a small bar. All in all, one of the best Hotel Seaviews for family stay in kanyakumari.

We had opted for sea viewing suites at the top floor (that is, the fifth floor) and we were not disappointed! The views of Vivekananda Rock Memorial, statues of reverted Thiruvalluvar are simply breathtaking! Room is very clean, hygienic, good linens, good working AC, very good supply of hot water in the bathroom…. Just excellent! The nugget breakfast (complementary) had some 18 varieties and were of very good taste.

The rooms are average compares to the price. There was some maintenance activities going on so many be in future will be better. The food from the restaurent was good. The sun rise view was excellent, can be viewed from terrace. All the main areas like vivekananda rock, sunrise point etc are walkable distance from the Hotel Seaview. Overall was good experience

The location was excellent. It was well connected. The view of the sea from the room was amazing. The food was excellent. The room service was good. The house keeping was not organised. The telephone was not working properly. The staff was good.

Hotel is very good with excellent view of the vivekananda rock from the room & quite close to the ferry ghat for going to rock. Rooms is big & service was good. Food in the restaurant was good. However complimentary breakfast was very ordinary. But wash room need to be renovated & upgraded.

We had a comfortable stay for the two days. The only issue was the loud sound from the adjoining church,

Hotel was good but i was told bath tub will be there but it wasn't. Food needs to be improved. Location is nice sea facing and gives lot of peace

The staff was very good and accomdstive. They helped with good about of information on the tourist spots. The room was clean amd maintained well and had a very good view of the sea and the swami vivekananda memorial

Nice sea view room, beautiful location. Vivekananda memorial n sun rise are well visible from Hotel Seaview rooms only. Nice staff, gave wake up call to see sunrise. Food is also nice. Spacious room. Beach is-only few meters away. Waliking.

Nice budget Hotel Seaview, well located. As it is budget Hotel Seaview. You get what you are paying for. Eg do not have tea kettle but in room tea from restaurant was good. Room was clean, bathroom was quite average.

The location is ideal. Good view from the room of sea facing rooms. You can view sunrise and vivekananda rock from the wide window. Food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are very polite. The bathroom is small. Kettle they provide on request only. No tea coffee freebies in the room.

Great location, food in restaurant is good. Only need to improve service time. Complementary bf was good. Located close to sea, seaview room has a very good sea view.
