Hotel Seb Tower

We stayed in this Hotel Seb Tower for one night after returning from kohima as stopover before catching the return flight. The staff is undoubtedly sincere. They contacted us on our check-in day to confirm expected arrival time, and were ready to prepare the room in case we arrive early! at the ground floor of the building is hdfc bank and the reception is at the first floor, from where the lift is available. Hotel staff comes to pick up your luggage if required. We had bought a freshly harvested pineapple on the way and the staff happily cut it without leaving any thorns and serve to us! they freshly prepare the food as per guests' tastes and the preparation was indeed good (we are vegetarian. We noticed nagoa vegetarian options as well although could not try. The complimentary breakfast is good (although not luxurious: it had chhole bhature, halwa, bread butter/ jam and tea coffee. I understand it is vegetarian in general (although eggs are available. The Hotel Seb Tower is just 20 minutes away from the airport by car auto. We stayed in ac executive deluxe. The room was clean and comfortable. Ours was a leisure trip, but for business travellers perhaps the Hotel Seb Tower could provide white light or table lamp. Overall an excellent stay!

We had stayed at the Hotel Seb Tower seb tower for a couple of nights. We had booked around 4 rooms. The service from the outset was excellent. I have stayed in other Hotel Seb Towers in dimapur before but have not experienced this level of customer service. First of all, we got a call from the Hotel Seb Tower reminding us of our booking. The front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. As we had come from shillong and were hungry, we decided to try the in house restaurant. The food was delicious. Coming to the rooms, they were clean. We had some issues with our tv remote which was instantly sorted. The breakfast buffet, though limited, was also good. We recommend other guests to stay here. This is simply the best Hotel Seb Tower for business travellers and families, due to it's proximity to the airport and also it's convenient location. We will definitely be coming back here.

This Hotel Seb Tower was a surprise - in that it's service is top-notch, has brilliant staff, superb rooms that easily make it feel like a nothingnesses above its star rating, and food quality that was easily the best we had in Dimapur. It was an unexpectedly great stay and I can strongly recommend visiting and finding out for yourself. They also have excellent local food, and the courteousness nature of the staff made our stay here more than memorable. We revisited the Hotel Seb Tower and stayed here twice during our time in Nagaland - and that alone is proof enough of our impression of the place.

Hotel Seb Tower Dimapur is one of the best Hotel in Dimapur, clean and big rooms with all modern facilities, staff are so helpful from front office to restaurant staff always smiling face wishing every time, that's really nice, we have to catch a train early in the morning Around 4.30 am one of the receptionists she help us to arrange the vehicle also, so thank you so much as far as food is concern it's delicious my wife she really the foods. Thanks you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely recommend the Hotel to our friends and family members.

Had an amazing experience at Hotel Seb Tower seb tower, dimapur. It is located close to the airport. Auto stand is also very close to the Hotel Seb Tower. I was very impressed by the service of all the employees. Everyone is very polite and they go out of their way to help you. They helped me out even after the restaurant was closed. After checkout, they promptly informed me that i've left something behind at the Hotel Seb Tower. Be it front desk, room service or housekeeping, everything was on point. Very impressed with their service.

The Hotel Seb Tower is strategically located a few kms from the airport, and near the railway station too. Transportand parking is available. The staff were very courteous, prompt and accommodating. The room was clean and neat, and maintained so every day by the household staff. The restaurant was clean, and pleasant. The food was more than adequate and well prepared. I would recommend this to anyone who would like a comfortable, stay in dimapur, close to the town.

Good location easily nearby the railway station as well as other transport station, very hygienic and friendly staffs. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay for a night was very good right from checking in to room to service and checking out. The staffs are extremely polite, courteous and helpful. They had gone out of the way to help us. Location is good and overall experience is 5 star.

Perfect location, good parking space, reception excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, and food is upto the mark. But need to come up with more staffs with gender equality in terms of number for better service.

We haven't experienced power problem although there was power cut throughout the city. Rooms are not big but clean and tidy. Hospitality is awesome. Very nagoa style

Airport transfers were made easy, excellent helpful attitude of Hotel staff. Well groomed staff who can speak english well. Driver, restaurant staff, receptionist, all are very modest and positive minded. Can never forget their hospitality. Have enjoyed the trip to Dimapur and Kohima more than my expectations. Shall like to go there again. Out of all States in North east, I personally feel Nagaland people are more caring.
