Pros: Hotel is located next to the Saputara GSRTC Bus Stop. Staff was Polite & Good. Fast Check in & Check Out Experience, and also procedures during check in & out was smooth. Inside Restaurant food was of good quality and taste. All amenities Provided as mentioned. Cons: Intercom & Restaurant Staff needs training of attentiveness & ready to serve behaviour. Cleanliness needs to be maintained inside rooms(I found dead locust)and near Swimming Pool(foul smell near garden). There is no wheelchair accessible entrance here as mentioned. - nice location, supportive staff. - good, clean rooms (already includes an attached extra bed. - restaurant food is also nice. - * pool is bit small, good for kids - water might be cold depending upon whether. - * hot water timing is 6am to 10am and checkin time is 12pm. So it will be difficult to get hot water upon checkin. They should do something about this, for example providing hot water at-least for an hour after chcekin.

Hotel sujal inn, one of the best Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel in saputara. We enjoyed our relaxing stay. Room size is good. Hotel offers both balcony rooms and hill view rooms. We booked hill view room. Food was really good. We will definitely recommend Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel sujal inn. Although location of property is at heart of the city. It's hill view Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel. Great experience.

Hotel is on highway, good place and view from room, but room was dirty, unhygienic, bedsheets, pillow cover was totally dirty, toiletries available. In this price we accept clean room but unfortunately room was dirty. From room window view of hill was lovely. Staff was polite, helping nature, fast, and prompt in work.

Nice accommodation and good hospitality. No unnecessary interference by Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel staff during our stay. I've chosen a mountain valley but due trees in the Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel garden valley the view wasn't visible so much. But overall a good stay. Food taste also good.

Property location was exelent, food was worst. No taste in food. Don't book Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel with lunch/dinner. They serve you only two types of soup, sabji and sweet. No option you have to choose to food. Room passage was very dirty. Cleaning was not done after complain

The rooms with valley view are beautiful. View looks amazing. Hotel service is just average as we need to remind then for basic items. Food is tasty. Rooms are clean. Breakfast could be better as compared to other Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottels usual menu overall a good experience

My stay was amazing in sujal inn, we stay for 2 nights but no any problem with stay. Good food with nice restaurant. Ramp for wheelchair is not in any kind of use, its totally inclined so wheelchair is not been able to climb over it. Location is also good and close to highway.

The deluxe rooms were good with hygiene food during the breakfast as well as dinner which i opted. They also serve you hot chapatis if requested for. Overall a pleasant stat with good parking.

Only draw back is hot water available from morning 6 to 10 am other than that good Hotel Sejal inn by Nexottel and good staff.

We stayed from 13/09/2022 to 15/09/2022. Reception staff very co-operative. Food very good. Restaurant staff was always ready to serve you. Location is good near to bus stop. I will prefer to stay for next time & recommend to stay. Dhansukh

Food quality is awesome and location from back side room is excellent. Staff is supportive.

Nice Stay, beautiful climate, awesome sleeping because of very comfortable bed, refreshing bath because of full pressure hot water shower, only problem is no wifi access in room, wifi access if only in lobby
