I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Senses senses, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. It was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities that made my stay truly luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Hotel Senses’s restaurant. The food was exquisite, with a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The presentation was top-notch, and each bite was a delight for the senses. The location of Hotel Senses senses was ideal for me, as it was centrally located and close to many attractions and public transportation options. This made it easy for me to explore the city and make the most of my time during my stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Senses senses was exceptional. The attention to detail, the friendly staff, the luxurious amenities, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable stay. I recently stayed in the premier suite room at Hotel Senses sensus, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment i stepped into the suite, i was impressed by its spacious layout and elegant decor. The room was tastefully furnished with luxurious touches, including a plush king-size bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a stylish work desk. The attention to detail in the design created a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the washroom, which featured an exquisite jacuzzi. This addition transformed my relaxation time into a truly indulgent experience. The jacuzzi was spacious and meticulously clean, with powerful jets that provided a soothing massage. In addition to the fantastic jacuzzi, the suite offered a range of modern amenities, including a large flat-screen tv, and high-speed internet. The attentive service from the Hotel Senses staff further elevated my stay, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Overall, the premier suite room at Hotel Senses sens-us offers unparalleled comfort and luxury, with the jacuzzi serving as a standout feature that adds a touch of opulence to the experience.

Location: premium location. Located in the middle of sector 5, it is extremely well connected and all means of transport is available. Food: the breakfast and dinner have a good enough spread of food. The breakfast is the best, the lunch and dinner are average. The room service and ala carte menu are good and the food is also very delicious. The mocktails are good. Amenities: the room comes with all the basic amenities plus toiletries, tea bags, coffee, dairy whiter, sugar, sugarfree, electric kettle, safety locker, and enough lights. Service: the manager mr. Ganguly is extremely well behaved and very cordial. He does understand the needs of the guest and makes every arrangement. Extremely helpful. The receptionist and restaurant staff are also very cordial and great at their job.

It was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern and well planned. Regular room cleaning, prompt support by the reception and house keeping for any support required. Our plan included the breakfast buffet. Although the spread was limited, the food was excellent. Would like to exceptionally give a shout out to two serving staff named dolly and suparna. Extremely courteous and well behaved. The roof top bar and the swimming pool are a great add-on in one is interested. Outside delivery is allowed which is a huge added plus point for the Hotel Senses as it allows the guest enough freedom to enjoy their stay. The food of the rooftop bar cum restaurant is also very delicious. Overall, a great place for corporate stays, families and anyone who wishes to visit kolkata

Everything went smooth except the check in process. I was requesting for early check in but the guy stook to the process and didn't allow me to check in as there wasn't any room left. Just want to give a suggestion to the team. If someone is requesting for early check in then i can understand due room availability you guys don't have a room but also you need to have an eye on the check outs, for example if a check out happens infront of you expected early check in person then he have hopes of getting that room for him as he is on wait but you guys stick to process and ask everyone to wait until 12. Rest all i loved the staff, everyone were quick attentive and best in there work

People at reception were extremely well-behaved and friendly. Food and bar services were exceptional. A bit at costlier side but great. Few hiccup with the room were. Fridges wasn't working so we couldn't use it. There were no ceiling fans. Central ac had to be kept at lower setting for proper cooling in absence of ceiling fan. Room interior and quality of bed was satisfactory. Also, washroom near bath-tub had a frosted glass and people could somewhat make-out when seen from outside. It may help in setting up a romantic mood, but i think opinion will differ from couple to couple.

The initial room which was given to us didn't have a working ac but quickly we were given a room with working ac. The rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The food in the breakfast buffet is quite tasty and has a lot of variety. The only issue which is that there is a rotten smell as we enter the Hotel Senses, probably there has been a death of a rodent in somewhere and central ac is making it worse. And i told the staff about it but they seemed non chalant about it. Room has working kettle, wifi is decent. The extra bed holds up well. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Senses. Everything about the Hotel Senses was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room was clean and spacious with all the required amenities. Friendly and courteous staffs. However, parking space should have been a bit better or at-least better managed.

I stayed in the premium suite room. The room was good but there was noise in the bedroom from ac outdoor unit. Upon complaining they tried to reduce the noise but it was still there. Living room was cosy and bathroom was maintained well. Both breakfast and dinner spread were good.

Nice Hotel Senses located in commercial area. Nice room, great hospitality. Highly recommended Hotel Senses with reasonably all amenties. Worth every penny spent.

My experience was great it has good members of staff with provides good service. Room was also very clean with all the essential items.

Quality of premium suite was good. But the air conditioner was not working properly for which we faced problem initially. It was solved hence after. Food was good.

Good stay. Budget friendly. Also in a good locality(it secto. Very good. Buffet worth it. Cheaper than eating outside food. But will get bored of it in 2 days.

Wonderful rooms and courteous staff. The room size are decent and maintained. Don't expect outside views. Included buffet dinner is usually with few options and don't include chicken. Breakfast buffet is actually amazing the location is accessible and allows various outside food options and visitng places and offices

It's too good to stay in Hotel Senses senses. I would like to stay here again. Th3bstaff and food quality is good. Most important thing is its in main pause area. Beautiful surrounding.

Great service. Employees are polite and prompt. Room is always kept neat and clean, food excellent. Easy to locate.

Actually i had forgotten my 2 nos of gold chain in the Hotel Senses room. Thanks to the Hotel Senses management they are recovered safely and inform to me and accordingly my people collected.

Stay is good but food quality is not up to mark or can say not a standard food. Neither food variety nor quality of food. Food service is also not good.
