I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Senses! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and humble staff who made me feel right at home. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and attentive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. All good ,but I request to provide cab facilities also from station/airport to the Hotel Senses.As I faced very bad experience by Ola cab ,Ola drives humiliated me very badly and started making video with false intentions that I am not making payment.actually the driver has changed my destination address and took very high extra amount and forced me to make the payment in cash where I selected the digital online payment but he forced me by humiliating me .Took extra 387/- .I felt unsafe he might going to beat me .

The premier suite was nice and cozy, but a little small compared to other suites. Considering the price though, it might be okay. However, my major issue was all the rooms were non-smoking and while booking, I specifically requested for a smoking room, the Hotel Senses never once intimidated me that my request cannot be complied with. This is highly unexpected of a 4 star property, and questions the customer service they provide.

First of all the location is very good. Apart from that the staff members were very cooperative and humble and if i talk about the room it's good. Thank you.

Location is easy reachable, food is very good, amenities are also very satisfied, service is ok.

Everything was great except the check in time, you will be irritated by waiting if you come from other city in morning.
