My stay was good staff was very supportive and staffs were very supportive we love to stay there this was my second stay in this hotel in past three months

Your app is very effective and easy to use by every layman people. But a relation between hotel earmarked by your co. Should be visit by your higher official. So that correct assessment of hotel and it's location be verified and found to be fit for travellers. However facilities provided by hotel was good

Bedsheet/pillow very smell. No dustbin in room. Not provide including booking status. Bad feeling

Hotel was safe and its staff is polite. Hygiene protocol were being followed. Food was good. The only thing i didn't like is the way to reach to hotel as given location is different than the google location, also the given location rewari wall gali is not safe for women travellers but if you book the hotel you can try to reach there with the different route because the hotel is good budget hotel.

Neat and clean room with walking distance from lko railway staton. Char-bag metro station can be seen from hotel. Dominos outlet is just 2 min from hotel. Plenty of food hotels available outside the hotel. In one words for solo traveler this hotel is perfect for short stay in lucknow city.
Proper sanitization should be done in each and every room after any boarder check out from the room.

Romm temperature was good but bedsheets , pillow ,have long hairs intact and even washroom was completely dirty and seems like recently used by someone and without cleaning they let me in .......it was all risky and extremely worse situation.

Hotel was ok. Very small room and washroom. No wifi. Staff was good. Tv connection went and never came back.
