All is very disappointing, not good service, not clean room, not provided the working.

Rooms were good staff was well mannered service was quick we enjoyed our stay location was too good markets were all nearby

The property is at a convenient location from Bhagsu temple. in fact it's hardly 5 minutes walk from the hotel. the adjacent market is good for purchasing handicrafts, shawls and other local items. In fact the prices are lower in Bhagsu market as compared to mcleodganj . The rooms are spacious and comfortable even though the rooms on front side of hotel are better. The food is good and tasty though options are not too many. The taxi stand is right in front of hotel and that's a big plus point. overall a very good place to stay.

I love this hotel and there services, the room was clean and decent size. And this hotel is near to market area. All staff also very cooperative. View from the balcony is beautiful. Anyone visiting here will truly love this

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our kids. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere was superb. Quick arrangement of medication for our child's fever by the manager. Impressive hygiene standards and delicious food. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic stay at hotel! the location was perfect, just minutes away from bhagsunag waterfall. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I have given 2stars for staff behavior, view from hotel & the location. Room is terrible. Bathrooms is even worse full of stains & dirty. Power cut is a big issue. They don't have proper power power back up. Water is another issue. Sometimes there is no water at all. Hand shower flow is like in droplets. Sometimes water is so hot that it will burn the skin sometimes it is like water from freezer. Toilet flush is also not good.
