Average - not keen for more then a night stay over

Check-in was very cold (though they gave nice welcome drink). In room - TV not working, Toilet seat loose due to screw missing & no hand or face towels. Location is great being 7 mins from airport but literally less then a km, their transport charge is 750 - we booked a Rickshaw for 150 just outside. In-room dining food was nice. Also they should place shampoo conditioner in shower & not next to basin as otherwise all bathroom gets wet trying to collect. Overall, for price paid, would expect better as there are similar options available for much less in location.

Food is good and staff also is very cooperative but room rent is little bit high and it should be near 1500 to 1800 maximum beacuse Bhuj is not metro city .

very bad experience in this hotel. (1) Bed sheet is very very dirty and unhygienic. (2) Breakfast fruits found with insects, house flies and mosquito. Above both are literally unhygienic and impact on my health. I am strongly recommends that MakeMyTrip should cancel the tie up with this hotel. I also complaint regarding above issues, but they people don't much care about customer inconvenience.

Rooms were dusty. Old set up including washrooms, etc. Shower wasn’t working properly. Bedsheets were dirty. Nothing was like resort. Non recommended co-pared to price, name.
