Hotel Shagun Palace

I had a funny experience during my stay in this Hotel Shagun Palace. There was a tea making kettle, filled up with water, in my room, but there were not tea bags and sugar and milk powder pouches. When i asked the reception guy for the tea bags, he said the kettle had been provided only for warming the water. I was surprised by this funny reply. What stops the Hotel Shagun Palace management from providing tea bags and sugar/milk pouches, which will hardly cost rs. 15 to 20, when the tea kettle is already there? with this small basic facility, the stay of guests will be more comfortable. They can prepare their own tea inside the room in the morning or evening, rather than ordering it. I hope the Hotel Shagun Palace owner will pay attention to this.

An excellent stay at Shagun palace jodhpur, we booked 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated, restaurant is awesome, foods are tasty and delicious. Suggestion - it will be good if Hotel Shagun Palace provides welcome tea/coffee and tea bags/coffee/sugar in the room.

The location is good but the rate of food items are much higher and property does not provide mineral water and electric cattle with tea sachet in absence of those items we feel very uneasy while staying in the Hotel Shagun Palace.

It was a very pleasant stay. Room was neat and clean, services were prompt. Expected a little bigger room with shelves. Needed to climb stairs as the rooms are in first floor. Front desk personnel were cordial and very cooperative.

A good place to stay with nice rooms and staff is very attentive and polite. Reception person also very helpful and sincere. Also has attached resto-bar with tasty food. Overall must stay place.

The Hotel Shagun Palace is very good, good food, clean big rooms, great decor, great service, polite staff and totally worth the price. Had a good time with my family during the start

Rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was wonderful. Washrooms were clean and the restaurant ambience was modern and pleasant. The aroma was also nice.

Neat and clean room. Neat and clean washroom. Indoor vegetarian restaurant and open bar and restaurant. Overall a good place to stay.

No lift. No buffet breakfast. No swimming pool. In which perspective it's a 3 star Hotel Shagun Palace? Hotel Shagun Palace is avarage.
