Hotel looks is well but amenities like telephone and wi-fi is not usable. Cleaning is quit average on this price range. Also when you enter in room, smells something bad.

Room was alright but the room service was very poor. During my stay of two days, not once the room was cleaned even after asking. They have a restaurant but just for name sake. Even for a cup of tea the wait time is about 45-60 minutes. Majority of the times the items on the menu are not available. Plus they don't allow outside food so you either go out for eating or wait till they bring you your order. They do not have a generator or invertor. Had to stay in dark during a power cut. Pricing is premium but services are worse than poor.

Location was nice as all the tourist locations were very much near from the hotel. Hotel was clean. Overall my experience was excellent

Service horrible Cleaness. Horrible Free breakfast...but they offer only one choice and anything extra is chargeable. In free breakfast tea is served only one small cup Wash room condition also pathetic. No dental kit provided whereas it's all mentioned at the time of booking. Bedsheet in very bad shape...hope they do not wash it on regular basis

Worst hotel cleaning not good I suggest don't book this hotel staff is also not good he refused all your request

Rooms were not upto the mark as compared to shown in photos

The overall condition of the room was not that great. Was expecting more with the amount paid, or they should charge more to maintain the rooms. The door latch was broken, the bedsheets and blankets seem not to be too clean.

This property comes with a spacious room and at a location nearby to market. Central bus stand and Pachwati are just around 1km from hotel. Eventhough room was spacious, room was carrying bad odour intermittently. The food over was also on average side.

It was an okayish stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, however the room was extremely average and lacked basic facilities like toothbrush/toothpaste, electric kettle, and the geyser only works when you call the front desk asking them to switch it on from their end. Further, i guess the kitchen is understaffed because the items we'd call to order weren't there most of the time. Wifi was poor. Again, ok for a day or two but not the best experience.

Unhygienic, cockroaches in room, stinky washrooms, food quality low

Review was not good i checked in at 1:am and i find my room is not clean 7-8 cockroches in the room i request to change my room but they said all rooms are occupied then he clean the room that time, then in toilet jet was not working. And he is asking for more money

facility is uncleaned. washroom doors are damaged spoiled and fungus in wash area. rooms are smaller than photos (which looks like bigger in pic) no chair provided. noticed wrappers of condom below to bed. blankets are dirty. such amenities we can get in local hotel with max 700-1000 rs value. not worth for money. so many rules and regulations displayed in room reception. hot water geezer is very small hardly able to disperse 1/2 bucket in 15 min which is controlled with reception or office and usually they keep off once morning bath over. no parking or cab entrance. food restaurant attached to hotel delivers good taste but as compared to market nearby places charges of food is very high. local brand 5 rs soap and 1 rs shampoo sachets they providing in such 3 star hotel price amount. location is good in the all main connection to market area n transport. fan default kept at highest speed so occupants should not use or feel discomfort soon.

Booked super deluxe room which we paid more money but got moldy smelly room manager & reception were rude didn’t want to listen or co operate food wasn’t great waited for 2 hours food to come will book independently from now on

The hotel was shown in images as a 2. 5 star like but in reality it's 1. 5 star like because it's not maintained, and it needs renovation. Outside food for vegetarians are not allowed but for non veg it's allowed, since they only have pure veg restaurant. The quality of food needs to be improved at restaurant. Blankets were torn, bathrooms are clean but need renovation. Shalimar area is not recommended for stay better check hotels near dwarka.

Rooms and food quality needs drastic action. Ac servicing is not there. Intercom does not work sometimes

The staff is cooperative but the tv was not working, hot was not there because the geyser was controlled by the desk manager this redeculas. Drinking water was not given if the hotel is three stars then they need to provide a bath towel which was not given instead of medimix soap and clinic shampoo they should provide the hotels brand bath soap and shampoo also they need to provide the dental and shaving kit. No parking available bed sheets are dirty blankets are also dirty and smelling very bad intercom was not working

Hotel is not clean They dont provide dental kit Their kitchen is close in the night and then they say outside food is not allowed I had to negotiate with them I will never book this hotel again

Property was good but not good enough for what i paid. Booking was with food but the hotel asked us to pay for food while checking out. No support from make my trip. No complementary water too, room are good location good, parking at your risk, hotel management are only running for money not service. Every request takes 1hr to complete

Third grade bedding. Worst arrangements. Parking facility is very poor. Nothing is worth except location.
