I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place shandon, near connaught place, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place's location is incredibly convenient, but what truly makes this place special is the extraordinary staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and well-being. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to afsana, dilip, aalam, kejriwal, and gaurav for their unwavering support and kindness during our stay. Their dedication and professionalism were evident in every interaction. Unfortunately, during our stay, my father's health suddenly deteriorated. The staff acted promptly, ensuring we received the necessary medical assistance without delay. Their genuine concern and readiness to help in such a stressful situation were deeply comforting and something my family and i will never forget. From ensuring our rooms were immaculate and comfortable to assisting us with local information and providing impeccable service, the team at Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place shandon made us feel like family. Their warmth and hospitality turned a challenging situation into a memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place shandon to anyone visiting delhi, not only for its prime location near connaught place but also for the exceptional care and support provided by its staff. The location is perfect and close to rk ashram metro station. It’s a new property so it’s clean and all utilities were provided. Overall a good stay if you want to be in delhi. Afsana is a very receptionist who helped me navigate around and with all the food recommendations. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

Staff was cooperative and helpful. Hotel is fairly new so rooms, washrooms are in good conditions. It is close to metro station and connaught place but area is little secluded. As of now they have very small restaurant but they have plan to expand it. Taste of food was good.

Hotel is good. Room and bathroom were well cleaned. Room is spacious. Service and Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place staff is good. Location is also good, you can get cab or local transport easily.

Rooms are very spacious. Best for family with kids. Good hospitality from afsana naaz. She really took good care of us. Will definitely visit next time. Recommended for family with kids

Located at city centre good location for tourists, nearby metro station. Good and friendly staff and sevice. Afsala and dilip staff at reception helped us throughout our stay here.
