Property location cannot find easily. Reception person not responding to the Costner. No provision for lift. Rom condition is also bad. Overall very bad.

Very small rooms and untidy bed sheets

Hygiene is not good. Staff behaviour was very rude. No wifi, TV was not properly working, no hot water in bathroom and if you ask for any help from hotel staff they told to talk with MMT customer care. It was a terrible experience

The linen is totally worn out. Time To Refurbish the same. The amount of dirt and stains on the bedspread, pillow, blankets are very bad and unhygienic . .........The Location Of The Hotel Is Good.

Dirty bathroom, tiny rooms, frequent power cuts, and untrained staff made the stay uncomfortable. Not recommended.

I booked two rooms,there were lot of hygiene issue, both bathroom was not cleaned, ther were earthworms, water availability issue, bedsheets were not cleaned or replaced, towels were not cleaned, water bottles were not provided Telephone wasn't working, triple sharing bed were not spacious at all

Stay at Hotel Shankar was good. Couple of things were not good.. like in washroom, the water was getting collected around the commode which was giving unhygenic feels. The mattress was the springy one.. so not that comfortable but doable. Apart from it, the staff, Raghav.. the all rounder guy was very good in nature and helped us as and when required.

Property was under whitewash. And room was not clean. It was really not a good experience. But the care taker there was polite and helpful. Later he did whatever we asked him to do for cleaning. Property should not except booking if any kind of renovation is going on.

condition of hotel is pathetic. NO water in washroom, NO TV facility. No proper service provided. No cleanliness in rooms.

Very small property, no lift. Outage on electricity. Fans and exhausts were not working in some rooms. Water in washroom had a lot of algae - we had to put a cloth on the tap. The entire hotel had a 1 person staff for everything. His phone had no incoming calls due to no recharge. WhatsApp call was the only option which didn’t work many times. Terrible experience and would never recommend to anyone.

Location was good but property not upto the mark or not as per images uploaded even washrooms were not cleaned. No doubt staff was very cooperative even owner was very helpful

Facilities were poor, including the cleaness of room and washroom. The tv wasn't working

The hotel is located on a slope and doesn't have a lift. Both of these information were missing from the description. You cannot make your car stand in front of the hotel and take the luggage out. Will not recommend the property if you're going with family. Bad Smelling Property as well. 3k per night is the minimum that they charge, they can afford a room freshner atleast.

property located very near to Mahakal temple, Just 3-5 minutes walk, staff are friendly but hotel room especially washroom was not clean enough, there were flies and it was stinking, hotel room size is too small,lacks intercom ,I felt it is overpriced for the amenities available and room size .

AC was not working, cleanness okay house keeping okayish electricity was not proper not having good

Very disgusting behaviour by property handler, room and bathroom not clean, no proper management, My booked room already given to other customer, i almost waited 2hrs for check in.

Good room, cleaned, Maintained and one call service you just need to take reception persons mobile number.
