Location was fantastic, food not tasted, amenities requires little more attention. Services not utilized much

very neat and clean staff extremely cooperative good variety breakfast was served

Ambience is very good. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Enough car parking area is there but it's without roof which makes the vehicle burning in bday time.

Prices are not worth. Basic Facilities at all levels. Restaurant cleanliness/ hygiene is poor. No covered car park.

hotel shanti grand inn at rasipuram is the best. pocket friendly and a very reasonable place to stay. 1. rooms are neat including the bathroom. 2. lenin provided is clean and fresh. 3. morning complementary breakfast is tasty and sumptuous. 4. the staff are very cooperative and friendly. 5. east access to travel and very close to the main city center. 6. electric kettle with coffee, tea, milk sachets and water bottle provided. 7. dental kit, razor, comb etc provided. overall, i can say that i felt like home being here. recommend this hotel for all. great work team hotel shanti inn grand 👍👍

Clean and hygiene rooms but restaurant and housekeeping services can be improved.

Stayed for two weeks with a break of 3 days between 1709 and 0410. Neatly maintained property with affordable laundry service and gourmet breakfast. Courteous service and comfortable stay

hotel rooms are not of a very high standard. the bathroom is just ordinary. no floor mats even. linen especially, the towel was smelling, though washed. they provide plastic glasses for drinking water. this shows the average nature of the hotel. the telephone was not working. though the repairs were done after i informed them, loose connection made speaking very difficult. hence i used my own mobile phone to contact the reception, time and again. room service too could have been better.

Easy hassle free check-in and check out. Very courteous staff. This is our 4th time staying at this property. Nominally priced. Food (vegetarian) is very good. Room service also available.

The room stay and cleaning of the room is good and maintained. But need the improvement on food readiness on time. Serving is getting delayed in restaurant itself.
