It was a great staying in shanti vilaas. The staff so help and made me comfortable for this property. The hotel is very peaceful location. I don't have to worry about parking, they have great parking place. Eventhough, there is lift facility i don't need to get up and down through stairs. On the rooftop it is lovely view. Everyone should come and experience here.

I have booked 2 deluxe rooms and it was mentioned that the rooms were mountain or hill view.. bur when I reached there and checked the room.. there were no such view… secondly it was mentioned that lift is operational but in reality it wasn’t.. my mother has knee problem and it was very difficult for her to climb stairs.. but there were no other options left for us.. cleanliness was there.. staff was ok

The hotel was new so everything was good, i booked my stay for a day wanted to stay for a day more. But it was full the next day. Regret leaving such a beautiful hotel.
