Dent on car in parking, low level room quality , shower and tap were not working properly properly. Not worth to stay there. Money waste.

Rooms and amenities are good but staff are totally untrained and non- professional. Very miser in giving water bottle, amongst we three only two half ltrs bottles given . Particularly evening guard , demands tip for facilitating car parking.

very bad experience. we were forced to stay in a room which was a lesser grade room than what we had booked. our booked room (luxury room) was given to some other customer. to add to this, the hotel room didn't have hot water available (in december climate)...hot water plant was not working. buckets of hot water were supplied on complaining and reminding. heater wasn't working in the room, the electric cables were broken ones...had to call an electrician to connect. bathroom accessories were in a bad condition..jet spray holder wasnt there. an hour went in getting all these fixed. breakfast spread was very limited and was of average grade. coconut chutney with no coconut in it. complete lack of coordination between management and front end staff. suggest to avoid staying there. only good point is the location..it is very close to krishna janmashtan temple.

The hotel is well furnished and decorated. Rooms are spacious. But services are very poor. I'll discourage everybody from staying here.

The hotel is pretty big and attractingly decorated. Rooms are spacious. All other things are just sub-standard. Hot water is not available in bathroom. After asking the reception, half bucket is sent. Electric connection in our room no. 103 was erratic. Lift was not working for pretty long time. In spite of spendind 3 nights, rooms were not cleaned even once, nor linens were changed. Food items do not have varieties. Packaged water was chatged 50% more than other hotels including taj bengal in kolkata. I'll suggest everybody not to book rooms here.

The property is newly renovated. Rooms are good. Food taste is tasty 😋. Staff is cooperative and the location is very good near the Krishna Janambhumi. I would recommend to stay in this hotel in Mathura.

The hotel was incomplete and nothing like 3 star facility. Not even 1 star rating. Just like typical dharamshala.c was not working. The hotel and rooms were very dirty abd dusty. There were cockroaches in rooms. No proper room attendant and staff services and behaviour was not proper. Dont go ever. If you dont get hotel in mathura then cancel trip. But dont choose this hotel. Better choose and dharamshala. Recommend owner to shut down this hotel. Not eligible for being in hospitality industry.

Hotel is clean and near to dwarikadhish mandir, currently under renovation, so lot of noise and most of the room doors don't have proper locking system.

Worst place to stay. No warm water. Smell in bathroom and rooms all the time. Room locks not working. Other people trying to open the rooms. Another gate given in the room we don't know why. Stones in breakfast. Room service is pathetic. No tea in rooms. Beds very dirty. Phones not working.

The location of the hotel is a +++. The nearby area is less crowded and clean. The rooms are in good condition. Staff is very polite and helpful. They cooperated for every little query. Overall Pleasant and safe stay.
