Hotel Sheetal Regency

The location is very close to all mandirs, 5/5 for location, food is good so 4/5, rooms are ok too only few observations. No tissue papers were provided to us even complaining about reception, odor issues in the room being old property, glasses were provided, no lids even after making several calls to reception. I recommend at least these basic things which need to be taken care of by the Hotel Sheetal Regency in tariff they are charged for a super deluxe room. The staff is good, so overall a good stay if the above mentioned things can be taken care of as all these come under basic hygiene.

Food is good location wise its very good but its lacks in few basic things like there is no water bottle provided in room at the time of check-in then we need to call a restaurant and bought water bottle. There is no hot water in washroom and there is no geyser in washroom. Bad thing is linen or towel. Good thing is service and courteous staff

Location & Hotel Sheetal Regency is nice, staff behavior excellent, something we're missing in this Hotel Sheetal Regency which should be available in this class of Hotel Sheetal Regency. Room - clean, hygienic, dental kit missing, footwear & tea, coffee & electric kettle major missing

The Hotel Sheetal Regency's location is an advantage, as it is very close to Krishna Janambhoomi (a major tourist attraction). The Hotel has been kept ok, though its age shows in the overall look and feel of the place, rooms etc. Room service was also acceptable.

Nice stay we have reached one hour before the check-in time. we reached 12.00 PM but the check-in time was 1.00 PM.They cooperated us and gave the room within 20 minutes. The food quality was very good in the restaurant of the Hotel Sheetal Regency staff is good.

Overall a good Hotel Sheetal Regency. Pros. Near janmabhoomi temple, clean spacious rooms, good vegetarian restaurant, room service. Cons. Bad ventilation, opaque window glass, horribly noisy ac, making sleep almost impossible. Water logging in bathroom.

They didn't provide the breakfast on the day when you checked in. As per Hotel Sheetal Regency staff, complimentary breakfast is applicable for the next day. It means complimentary breakfast addon is totally waste if you are planning a short 12 hrs trip.

The room as well as the Hotel Sheetal Regencys was very neat and clean, the staff was friendly and I got a great deal on MMT, the food was also good and the location of the Hotel Sheetal Regency made it very easy to visit all the major spots in the city.
