Hotel Shevaroys

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shevaroys, and i must say it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and everything was well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. A special mention to *sanjay, who provided exceptional service and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall great experience. I would highly recommend this Hotel Shevaroys to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent food and service. Looking forward to visiting again!

The property premises very good with good ambiance and spacious.The camp fire and plantation walk etc are part of the stay. cones....The bathroom not so clean . Breakfast good.But very long time it will take when ordering from room.One coffee costs Rs.90/-.Staff not good .Not enough staff to attend. The sound of the workers in the premises in day time is irritating and not giving a peaceful sleep.Construction work is going on throughout the site. Good parking space.

Location of the Hotel Shevaroys is really good, near to the lake. Hospitality is the best here. Staffs are very calm and responsive. Food is good although i would say breakfast menu may be a bit limited. We also ate dinner here as well which was good. Thing to note is the construction work which is going on. However, it is not much of a hinderance. Very peaceful and comfortable stay.

pros: 1. Good Service 2. great service 3. inhouse Food is good 4. Location is convenient 5. Kid Friendly property with ample space in room and outdoors for them to play. cons: 1 . Some construction work is ongoing, which might cause little inconvenience at times 2. In-house services like couple spa are under maintenance . Overall, it was a good stay .

The Hotel Shevaroys location is excellent. The rooms were well maintained and all amenities worked well. The staff at the reception were cordial and received us warmly. The services and behaviour of the staff at all places including the restaurant was excellent

Great location next to the lake. Well maintained property and excellent service. I needed some help with the kettle and they promptly responded. Breakfast spread was lovely and the food quality was also wonderful. Overall a wonderful 2 day stay there

Refreshing stay, keep rates at nominal range, house keeping is good, provision of ac and exhaust fans in restrooms are required

Hotel stay was excellent. All the staffs were courteous. Food was good. Room service was on time. Special thanks to chef mr sakthivel, mr. Sanjay on reception and staffs mr srinivasan and mr saravanan.
