its a good property. Located on main road. Also had food facilities

the exp is good. Pest control needed as there were bugs. And AC needs to controlled as either it was running at max or it has to be turned off

Everything is okay, a portion of wall paint damaged and there was no extra electric socket for charging mobile or use laptop (The room where I stayed). Service is excellent 👌.

Worst experience ever. Poor hygiene. Gutter smell in room. Fungus on walls. Room smell . Don’t waste your money. Go to any hotel other than this hotel. Save your money by reading this review.

Rooms are neat and clean, but not congested(My booking was a deluxe AC room). Staffs are very friendly and polite.

There is long stairs at entrance. Staff are not cooperative.staff service is very poor.

location is good , from sealdah it takes around 15 to 20 min , food is average, service is good. Bathroom is not that much clean very old kind of facilities. room is very small. they provide window ac.

So the location is on the main road which I really loved unlike other properties which are inside deep alley. Food is good I ordered biryani although it doesn't tastes like famous Kolkata biryani but it was not bad. The room is small and cozy. The staff behavior is polite. There can be some issue related woth parking as the hotel doesn't have its own parking. I was on my scooter which I parked some other location.
