My overall experience at the hotel was average. The location was convenient and the staff were generally polite and helpful. However, there is room for improvement in several areas. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, and some of the amenities (like Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning) did not function properly at times. Very close to Railway Station and Bus Route. Lots of Toto & Rickshaw available. Amenities and services were nice. Veg Thali was most wonderful with traditional Bengali dishes..
