I was on an official visit to Lucknow from Bareilly. I reached late in the evening and by mistake I had booked the Hotel Shimla Inn on 24. 12. 2016, but I had to stay on 23. The manager was very co-operative, and felt that this thing happened due to my mistake only. Still he adjusted a room for me, I am thankful for that. Room was clean. Room service was good. In the morning I got hot water for Bath. Overall a nice stay.

When I reached at Hotel Shimla Inn reception they asked for id proof of myself and of my partner both but after seeing all the documents their behaviour was normal and cooperating. Room want small but neat and clean, food was provided by Hotel Shimla Inn and it was average Warm water was not coming in bathrooms Overall stay was good and comfortable

Whenever I visit Lucknow I stay here. Its comfortable stay here but a bit distant from station. Nice staff and but their service is bad, nothing on time ... Resopnse time of service staff is very bad Also airtel network problem here .. Overall worth its price ... At last but not least, managers are very friendly ... Specially Arun sir

Hotel is located at heart of city and near aminabad, Lucknow. Well connected to charbagh railway station to aminabad. Person travelling on business trip can stay here. It have no car parking, we need to park the car on road side near by. Rooms are average and good in terms of value for money. We stayed in jan 2017. Thanks Prachait.

It was a good experience. Service was too good. Helping nature of Manager and staff too. Servant who is working there (Hori Lal) behavior was too good. Food was good just like home made food. Value for money. But TV was not working. They don't provide Shampoo, soap. Location was not too good but on average.

Just because I have to write 200 characters so I will say this is best Hotel Shimla Inn with such cheap price the service was awesome although room was very small but the cleanliness and service won the heart. The Hotel Shimla Inn is nearvy to raikway station and the rooms were sufficiently spacious and clean. TV was though totally outdated but that can be nullified. Food was good and inexpensive. Overall the experience was satisfactory.

500 room ultra small, hardly 4 feet wide and 8-9 feet long, equipped with small cooler, small TV, Fan, small wardrobe. Though I was alone and I was to stay few hours so agreed to stay. Food was good. Cleanliness good.
