the place was pathetic and third class. high amount of dirt on bed ,bedsheet n pillow cover had hair and dust on both .rooms are not as per the picture it's very compact, no ventilation and every where spit of paan. also felt very unsafe.do not visit with females of the family

All good, good staffs and their behavior is also good, food service available and also taxi service is available where you can hire it for local areas and Omkareshwar side too.

It was not a regular hotel, nor did it offer typical services. There wasn't even a canteen. It was more like a dharamshala, in line with the religious nature of the place.

It was a misrepresentation of comfort and ambience.

Location: at walkable distance from Mahakaal Temple Good: No restaurant in property premises, but you can ordered. Facilities: most of the facilities available. Cleanliness can be improved, no exhaust in washroom is a big concern. Parking not available but at a distant location (approx hundred meters) there is open space where they arrange the parking (but at owner’s risk).

It’s ok. But still to improve in service

• Room Discrepancy: • Booked 3 rooms with the following configurations: 3+1, 3+1, and 4+1. • All rooms were actually 3+1, not as advertised. • Room Readiness Delay: • Arrived on time, but rooms were not ready for the first 15 minutes. • Staff was still installing hangers and cleaning. • Confusing Check-In/Check-Out Timings: • showed check-in time from 9 AM to 9 PM. • Hotel staff stated check-out time was 8 AM but allowed a 9 AM check-out after some negotiation. • Power Supply Issue: • One room had a power supply issue, reported in the morning. • The issue was not resolved by the evening, despite being away for several hours. • Caretaker's Service: • The caretaker was polite and helpful. • Room Quality & Pricing: • The rooms were not worth the price paid. • Overall, the hotel did not provide value for money.

Not that good and safety issues. Cigarette smoking by staff near room. No rank for cloths. Blanket was not cleaned.

The overall experience was good. Basic requirements not available at rooms - needs improvement. 1. Storage self or table not available, even chairs not provided. 2. Hangers not available 3. Mirror not available at washroom 4. Washrooms are very smaller in size. 5. Food not available at the facility. 6. The location is not very familiar. 7. Bath towel and basic requirements not available at the washroom.

Hotel location is near to mahakaal mandir which is very good. Hotel staffs were helping and the location is very peaceful.
