CAUTION!! BED BUGS!! Hindi: Khatmal (खटमल) !!! I stayed in Room 103 and got bitten by bed bugs. I checked the bed and found several bugs on pillows, blankets and sheets. Dirty and filthy place! Don’t go there! For me this was a nightmare experience. I told the staff at reception and he provided me with another room. But still I could hardly sleep because there is no trust if this room is any better

very good rooms, clean. hotel is near to railway station and hari ki podhi, maya devi temple. very close walking distance.

I truly love the property, it’s walking distance from railway and bus station. Staff was also very nice.

My overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The person at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way they spoke to me was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. I expected better hospitality and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful and welcoming service

The room was good but they have not provided us with basic things. I have booked this hotel for 2 nights on the first night they have not provided us towels and other essential when i asked them about the reason they said all the towels are sent for laundry is this answer justifiable to you?? For me, it's not ..and the second night we shifted to another room guess what we got an air conditioner with water leakage..when i asked about it they said please adjust for one night we will fix the same by tomorrow morning..they should have changed our room
