Good location. Room was good. No problem at all. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was very clean.

I am very much disappointed that when i reached hotel there is no ac in the rooms (in summer). And it was also not mentioned in the details while booking through makemytrip. 1st time it’s been very very bad experience i have. I paid additional amount and shifted to ac rooms. (only smoking rooms was available which we never supposed to opted)

The stay at the hotel was comfortable but the tariff was way too high in comparison with the amenities provided by hotel. Cupboard was missing, room service was not upto the mark. Owner's behaviour was very cordial and friendly.

Room is good and also balcony view is great. Not roof top food is open. Remainging all service good. Room service and all other service good. Staf member behavier is very good. Also bike rent service provide at best price.

The hotel gives you homelike feelings, the hosts are very humble and helpful, the location is also very good, only thing they should look after is food, they should start a restaurant facilities for the guests!

Stay at hotel was ok but there is no parking space for car. I had to pay extra money for the parking.

Great experience

Royal castle - pathetic property and terrible staff. Decided to check out at midnight and spend time at the airport instead of staying back at the hotel. Infested with roaches, stained sheets, towels, non functioning tv. Food from there caused uneasy stomach. Manager used profane language during checkout and threatened with additional charges on cc because he had to wake up to check me out.

It was best and very beautiful stay. The balcony and view was awesome from room. People were very nice and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Family environment, polite. The actual price of per night in hotel haveli in jodhpur is rs719. Why was i charged rs. 2k plus. Also room is not neat and clean. I wanted outstation cab for jaiselmer, but have to opt other vendors because of cost misguidance.
