Worst hotel i have seen ever. I want my total money back. After seeing the room, I booked a room in another hotel immediately. Need action

My experience was very bad because they show lots of entities in description but in place there are no entities found

quite good account to the price, like they provide cooler and clean toilet bed sheet and blanket cleanliness can be improved

this is very poor and cheep hotel and no arrangement of food , drinking water, and not in good location. there is no cleaner for cleaning the room and no room service available.

The stay in this hotel was terrible. Their rooms were small and also there were not much facilities as mentioned. Not properly cleaned bathroom and rooms

firstly there is no facility for smart tv in this hotel and the rooms are small and messy. not at all good

Average, not bad, best location near to railway station of ujjain, cost is normal. Good, good, good, good

Excellent rooms very reasonable price i got at make my trip comfortable rooms good. Cleaning and all facilities are good

The hotel is just in walking distance from ujjain junction railway station & 1km distance from mahakaleshwar jyotirling temple. But according to google maps it was supposed to be on main road, which it was not. You have to ask someone for the directions. Don't worry, just a very little gap between maps location and actual location. The boys there were very humble, even they allowed to cancel booking on first question in case we didn't like the room. The thing is there's no gas geyser but they w'll get you hot water on first call. Overall, my experience is quite good. We just needed a room to place our bags and sleep.

The hotel was not upto the mark. The bathrooms were not clean and hygienic. I had my 2 kids along with me. There was no cancellation policy which is so wrong

We booked hotel for 1 night once we reached the area we were not able to locate the premises as the hotel is located on backside of hotel nakoda beside. No place of hygine bedsheet and pillow cover was dirty, room were not cleaned, waste like beer botels, wraps of protection were lying beneath the bed. Room were full of mosquitos. Had no water in bathroom also geyser was not working. It would have been to stay at dharmashala instead of this hotel.

We are on family trip to mahakaleshwar we booked 1 room with 2 double beds for 3 adults for 2 nights.

Best 5 me se 5 no best tq so much

Location is very near to ujjain junction, all basic amenities are available in affordable price
