We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh provides. We are pleased with the Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the meal very much. There is a variety to choose and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Hotel with a beautiful view and a beautiful location. It was just a wonderful experience, specially in the night the balcony room is in itself a thrill to feel. The staff is also very cooperative and take care of all our little needs. The management and cleanliness of the room was also perfect. Due to heavy rainfall all the transport by roads was cancel-led including our bus but the staff here helped us very much not only by arranging our taxi but also advised us. Overall it was great to be a part of shiv vilas.

Food was amazing. Stay was good. Staff is very helping. Property is easy to find. Issue is only with parking as they gave parking on first come first serve. But you will get paid parking just 100 m from Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh. Staff was super humble n helpful. Had wifi issue on ground floor as no network in Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh room. That bothers me else everything was sooo good. Food service is quick n tasty. Definitely suggest for family n friends

The stay here we booked as we were to board the bus for trek the next day early hours and our trek group was just opposite to the Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh which was v convenient. The stay was quite comfortable and anywhere we had to go to rishikesh was easily accessible being new to the place. The gm was friendly and quite helpful and upgraded our stay and the service also was nice. The cost of the rooms was economical for the comfort of the saty.

So we stayed there for 3 days and it was very comfortable and good stay. First of all it is located in main road of tapovan so it is easily accessible also they have parking so thats another good point. Thier staff was very helpful about telling us things where to visit which is safe place or not. I will highly recommend everyone to stay there also whenever i will go next time will stay there

1. Hotel was good and clean but not as same as looks in photos. 2. Staff is cooperative 3. Location is prime, on road but there is good amount of traffic on this road so one has to cross that traffic to reach Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh. 4. Outside view from room was not as per my exception. 5. Hotel has very limited car parking space. 6. Room service is quick and satisfactory.

It was a good experience in this Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh but we can't adjust with a single person as it is restricted by the Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh otherwise everything was good. In addition to the above staff of Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh was also very good and have a excellent behaviour

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again

I had a superb stay on this Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh. The Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh was close to all the main attractions. Room was good and do book the room with hill view it was amazing. Hotel staff is soo friendly and soo helping. Overall it was good staying here.

Book this place as we had to go for a trek to the valley of flowers. Our trek pick up was just opposite the Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh. The place was neat and had amaze g food. The staff are friendly and helpful. We plan to comeback on our return to rishikesh.

We stayed in this road facing property in tapovan. It’s very well located and checkin process was hassle free for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant downstairs which serves good vegetarian food. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this place
