They deny check is because my son is 13 year. and they asking for extra. paying extra is not any issue but the issue is they so rude that during discussion they not allowed check in. and we travelled from 800 km. waiting for clarification force me for bed review. also room condition is very bad. how ever other then reception. other staff are very polite

Had a pleasant stay at Shiv Villa

I had a good experience at Shiv Villa. The owner was very cooperative and offered us tea as welcome drink also made sure to make all the arrangements beforehand. The only thing I would like to highlight is the room size. Rooms are very small.
