Terrible Stay

Staff behaviour was extremely unprofessional. They told me to cancel my online booking and book directly at the cash counter, almost as if they were doing me a favour by letting me stay there. The room was very dirty, the bed was torn (fati hui), and it felt like I was staying there for free — that’s how careless their attitude was. There were no towels or slippers provided. The staff even said, “Main me 4 ghante ke liye deta hoon, room de ke main apna nuksaan kar raha hoon.” This is completely unacceptable. Please do not list such hotels on MMT. It damages customer trust
