Hotel Shiva Continental

We stayed here for 3 nights.... 1. At reception no welcome drink was offered but our luggage was carried by one of their staff, that was good. 4 marks 2. The room was ok, it had a balcony providing a mountain view, the washroom was quite small but cleanliness was good. 4 marks 3. We are provided with 2 bottles of drinking water, some powdered milk, coffee and tea sachets and 2 electric kettles. 5 marks 4. A few things required some maintenance like a nail was plucking out from the floor mat that could harm anybody, 2 lights were not working well, the wall mounted fan was making uneven noise and its regulator was also not working. 3 marks 4. Overall the Hotel Shiva Continental was decent with some fun activities like chess, carrom, table tennis and some decorated balconies for selfie lovers. 4 marks 5. The dining hall was quite nice and the food quality was also good. 5 marks 6. Room service was decent. 4 marks Overall it was a good deal in 10k for 3 nights & 4 days.

Overall, had a very positive experience. First of all it is near mall road, going there is just a min walk away. The property also offers free limited parking. The staff and over all ambience was also good. Not too pricey acc to the location and had a very good view from the balcony. Definitely would recommend!sattf is vere good Sumit and anshu 👍

The best part of this property was it's location just on the corner on mall road, apart from it Hotel Shiva Continental services and amenities was decent as stated in description while booking, the only reason i've given 4 star is because of food, doesn't seems to be good enough as per our requirements. Hotel Shiva Continental is just few minutes from mall road picture palace. you can enjoy beautiful terrace garden and indoor games here. staff is very helpful. Person at reception will arrange scooty for you in Hotel Shiva Continental, you need not to search for vehicle. breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Best stay and experience provided by Mr. Sumit and Mr. Vinod. Breakfast was also very tasty and this is near to mall road.

Its nice location near mall road. Rooms are nice n comfortable i booked the super deluxe room n rooms were very good. Breakfast is also excellent with plenty of options. Thoda sa bathroom smelled when we came. And one day napkin was not provided but it was solved upon notified.
