Water bottle sold 10/- more than the MRP. Service charge imposed unnecessarily. Breakfast served without the plates. Asked tea at 6 am they provide the tea from the street. Staff at the reception started arguing. Will never visit there until and unless these points will not be resolved.

Food is very good, but the manager of this hotel is very rude, first when we enter the hotel they give us room with dirty badsheet and bathroom with dirty mirror,when we complain they change the room but room are totally different from what they showing and in the name of toiletries they give us 3 pouch of shampoo
