Clean rooms and excellent room service. Food is also so tasty and really liked the behavior of the staff.

Most 3rd class hotel rooms and service, don’t want to stay again here, breakfast was horrible even food quality inside hotel was worst

The stay was horrible, the bathroom was so dirty. Even gave a dirty bedsheet. Tv was not working. Not provided complementary tea bags. It was my worst experience

Service is good, but rooms wall is out dated, should white wash, switch board behind tv is out of order, room number 311, might other rooms may be same condition

Booked for a room with king size bed but they offered me a twin bed room. While asking hotel told me they don’t have available rooms.

Room wall has water seepage. Room was blocked and suffocated. Staff were nice. Foods are not upto mark. No amenities available except a water bottle and shop.

That hotel lied about hot water facility. We had to pay some more amount to get a room with geyser.

The hotel staff was not supportive. The non ac rooms have no geyser, no connection to reception, very bad stay

Worst experience in case of service and hotel as well

Excellent management, super nice staffs and very punctual. Being that I'm not one of those who is disrespectful to security guards, but yesterday I experienced worst behavior of them over there. I'll request to the authority people just to teach some manner's to them. Bedsheet, duvets, mattresses etc are very clean. Bt bathroom condition is not good. Basin tap is not working in room no 319u.

Clean n humble staff n good food

Rooms are small without having proper facilities. Dirt was prominent particularly in the toilets. There was no provision for drivers. However staff members were amicable and helpful which made our stay comfortable. .

I booked one delux room for 4 persons in hotel shiv palace. I found very bed exp. The hotel was cleaned but very bed smelling. Belongings of rooms were not provided earlier. After repeatedly called they provide hot water, soaps, etc. The rooms were very dirty. The room service is also very lazy. After called many times they provide. I need one extra mattress which was very dirty. The blankets were also very dirty. Very bed experience. Took rs 4100. For room which was not upto the mark.

The hotel needs to upgrade its hygeine standards. Deal was not value for money. I repented my stay in that hotel

Very good experience. Quite big room. Clean. Our bathroom had pillar on a side which other rooms may-not have. Otherwise clean. Buffet breakfast was very very good. Good location. Walking distance to astc bus stand. Good restaurants nearby incl kfc and us pizza. Would like to visit again to hotel shiva palace, sivasagar again. Yes would refer to friends. Yes

Rent is too higher and after paying rent got non ac rooms. Not impressed
