Hotel Shivaay Grand

Location is around 1 km from Golden temple though in a congested and not so clean lane having street dogs in the night (be careful but it's a common problem in Amritsar). We had booked triple bed option but the single bed was just ok and I wasn't comfortable. In fact, I was expecting more space. Limited options in breakfast, service was good. Staff was helpful so overall experience was not bad and yes. TV remote, AC remote weren't working well so it could be improved.

Full points for location. But MMT mapping coordinates brought me to Ambedkar chowk and then I had to ask from passerby about Hotel Shivaay Grand. On a thin lane to Golden Temple. Crowded place, Ola refused to go to Hotel Shivaay Grand on Sunday due to local market on road. Business trip needs comfortable sleep, it was there but the new structure was not maintained by management. There were cobwebs at corners n around woodwork. Room service was almost prompt.

Place is nearby to the Golden temple. Bharwan Da dhaba and brothers dhaba nearby, so nice places to eat nearby. Market place is also near buy. The Hotel Shivaay Grand manager and staff were very friendly and cooperative. Only concern I have is the bed sheet was changed only on the first day. They should change the bed sheet everyday.

Stayed at this Hotel for a night. Booked it just on the basis of photos and reviews on MMT. The room is too small. Service is very bad. We didn't even get an extra blanket. Amritsar has better Hotel Shivaay Grands than this at least. But if its a budget stay then you can go for this one.

Hotel staff is helpful, rooms were clean, on walking distance from tourist spots.
The staff was flexible and co-operative. Staff was helpful. Full marks for location. Golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition Museum were on walking distance.

All in all it was a good stay. Everything thing was clean n everything was proper from TV, bed, etc. Food was a sum.

The Hotel Shivaay Grand is located near to golden temple about few minute walk, rooms were very clean, staff were supportive and humble. They don't have a attached restaurant but can get you food if ordered.

Stays for two days. Walking distance from temple. Market area where you can do your shopping. Room size bit small, AC, toilet are fine but there was no window in the room.

Had booked two rooms for 6 pool and stayed for a night. Standard rooms were OK in size. The room service was good. Breakfast served was limited.

Stay was like as of you are staying in your home and location was so good and the service was very smooth and fore most cleanliness was awesome.

The Hotel Shivaay Grand is good. Staff is courteous. The ventilation to be improved.
