HOTEL SHIVALAY

Rooms were spacious. Toilets were in good condition. Had hot water available in bathrooms. The HOTEL SHIVALAY staff included a single guy, who was helpful right from the moment we arrived. We had some issues later when we tried ordering coffee and tea but the guy was sleeping so we had to go out and this happened twice. But there are so many shops/ tea stalls available just outside so that wasn’t an issue. The guys also helped us with parking. So overall good experience.

Superb stay. What else you can expect ai value budgeted HOTEL SHIVALAY. Staff was very cordial in nature. Facilities are intact. N room was very big n that to at such a low cost n in main mkt. Hotel shivalaya is one of the best HOTEL SHIVALAYs of pachmari as well as pocket friendly, staff and their services are fabulous and they are very helpful and caring, i met pawan (manager) of HOTEL SHIVALAY shivalaya, he is very helpful, friendly and very kind to every visitors.

The HOTEL SHIVALAY is in town and there is common parking behind it. The rooms are big and the management staff was friendly and courteous, no worries. But the market is very near for a stroll and food. Only grouse is there is no open space for guests outside premises.

Room was good, spacious and clean. Staff was very hospitable, but the tv was not working also ac was not working. Other than that nice stay. Weather was rainy, so need not felt for ac but the. Otherwise overall it was nice.

Overall experience was good, staff is very helpful and cooperative. Only bad experience is that due to very heavy rain, the level of moisture is too much.

Local cab drivers know the property. Rooms are spacious amd staff is good. You can book a scooty also from them. Only issue faced is no hot water supply.
