Hotel Shivalaya & Restaurant

Room was neat and clean and the staff was professional bathroom was also clean

All the services were good but as per the conditions, WiFi service was not provided and neither was the TV working.

Location is bad, no restaurant, no TV channels except YouTube, we were the only guests in the entire hotel

Room was modern and clean. Food was delicious. Very near to Vishnupad temple and Railway station. Well connected.

Newly built property neat and clean rooms. room size is average. There is no restaurant in property as it's mentioned in the name. There are no intercom or bell in rooms every time you have to come down to reception. Food quality is very bad.

Room was small and the price for the room was high. It might be because of the time i visited. Definitely not worth more than 2000. The food there was good and they offer only Thali.

The staff was helpful, polite and reachable. It was a comfortable stay, 10-15 mins walk from the railway station.

Very good expirence with Hotel Shivalaya Gaya. They allowed early check-in. Neat and clean hotel with inverter backup. Location may not be great but manageable.

Hotel is well maintained, very neat and clean, superb a/c, good behaviour of staffs, nice interior, price is comparatively lesser than the quality of stay. Only con is there's no lift. But a anyways hotel is new, may be lift under construction.

Rooms and toilets are very clean. Free wi fi also available. Behavior of stuffs are good. Railway station is only 5min from hotel.

Good hotel. Owner and staffs are very helpful. Clealiness was good. Though in-hotel restaurant was not there but they can arrange food.

As per the price the standard of room was average and no extra amenities were provided and moreover location was not on road, overall i can say that as per the accommodation price is too high.
