I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel Shivalikview, and overall, it was a positive experience. Here’s my breakdown: 1. Amenities: the Hotel Shivalikview boasts excellent amenities. From the cozy rooms to the courteous staff, i felt well taken care of. 2. Cleanliness and safety: the rooms were spotless, and safety measures were clearly a priority. It’s reassuring to stay in a place where hygiene is top-notch. 3. Staff behavior: the Hotel Shivalikview staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness. Their behavior contributed to a pleasant stay. 4. Breakfast quality: now, here’s where we hit a minor bump. While breakfast was decent, i believe there’s room for improvement. Perhaps diversifying the menu or enhancing the quality of items would make mornings even better for guests. In summary, apart from the breakfast, everything about this Hotel Shivalikview met or exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return for another stay.

We've always loved staying at shivalikview since years now maybe nearly a decade. Food is always awesome and the best is the staff that's always smiling and ready for help. The only thing that i didn't like is that property is not being maintained well. The deterioration isn't being taken seriously and people who love to stay always at this place over with leaking and smelly washrooms and rooms with chipped off paint and smell of dampness is what mars the experience. The best part is its food to die for

The location of this Hotel Shivalikview is in a prime area of chandigarh. Great food, polite staff and warm service. Any special need is attended promptly. The reception area is magnificent with an old world charm. I was surprized to know that this property is owned and managed by the chandigarh government. I rate it 7 stars, based on the conveniences, food, service and value for money

Went to chandigarh on family tour. Hotel shivalikview is located in the central business district of chandigarh, sector 17, so all the shopping areas, tourist places like rock garden, rose garden and sukhna lake are near to the property. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is amazing. The roof top restaurant (cloud 9) has a spectacular view of the adjacent serene urroundings.

Hello, i’m a doctor and came for a day stay at Hotel Shivalikview shivalikview. The positive things about the Hotel Shivalikview is the location which is quite peaceful with a lot of greenery and a good place for people who love to jog around. The not so good things are room cleanliness which is poor and the food which is average.

Staff were polite and courteous. Location perfect-sector 17 good parking space. Room was spacious and neat amenities were available as mentioned. Pool was operational. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with wide variety to choose from. Wifi was functional. Room service was quick. In room dining- food was good quality.

I really enjoyed the stay in the Hotel Shivalikview. The service was excellent. However the Hotel Shivalikview to look into the cleanliness more as room are unhygienic and cleanliness of the room is an issue. We have reported the matter mainly times to Hotel Shivalikview staff and also asked them to change our room

Property is old and need renovation in troops and bathroom. Towels quality is very bad. They are quite used now. Room service in bar have only one option in beer. Location is good

The Hotel Shivalikview is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely Hotel Shivalikview and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff

Obviously the Hotel Shivalikview is no longer fresh. But the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The gym is great with a coach and quality equipment. I recommend.
