Hotel Shivam

location is good. Washroom is pathetic. Rooms are so so. MMT should price it not more than . Rooms are not maintained properly.

At such price they don't even provide you with basic amenities like bath soap,water. And hotel campus is dirty. Staff not cooperating.No TV connection

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room provided was not clean, the bathroom had not been properly maintained, and the bed cover was dirty. Overall, the hygiene standards were far below expectations, making my experience very unpleasant. I hope you take immediate steps to address these issues to ensure better service for future guests.

Location is not inside. The cab driver helped me to reach the hotel. Food is average. Bath-room condition is not good.

The rate of the hotel doesn't do justice with the facility and hygiene provided. Plus the sofa or furniture is outdated.

Its not comfortable for 3 adults, not clean washrooms staff behaviours was not polite

The staying experience of shivam hotel is average, bathroom is a major concern there, food quality and services is good, behaviour of staffs are better, mainly location is the plus point where howrah station is near to that location.

I forget my charger but they denies wrong location and fraud people dont stay no breakfast available after pay 500

Very poor service no house keeping in single day. Drinking water was not providing in hotel room. And hotel staff behaviour also not well.

Room very good. Staff very hospitable and helpful. But toilet doesn't match the room. But overall it was a great stay. And howrah rely station is very close. You can walk easily.

As per room & washroom pic shown, actual was different. Rooms & washroom condition was very poor.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel shivam, its location is very near to howrah jn. Railway station &very east to reach there. Moreover the services of the hotel are very good & the hotel management is very very cooperative & guides the tourists very nicely for their every querry. In future also i would like to stay in hotel shivam.

In this hotel there is many issue. No cleaning of toilets from last 6 months all black. Fans & light with full dust, no clean bed sheet and towel, it’s smell very horrible, experience.

Location of the hotel is good. But rooms are not well maintained and lack proper cleanliness. Rooms should be mopped regularly. Otherwise it is a low budget hotel for staying one or two days.
