Stay was really good, room is exactly the same as shown in pic, room, bathroom all was really good and tidy. I had to check-in late and informed to the Hotel Shivani Palace staff prior. They were really polite and helped me on what if needed to be done for mid night check-in. Room was a paisa wasool as per price and staff was also good. Politeness really goes way beyond in customer service and Business. Saw the example in this stay.

A very clean, well proportionate room with ac and geyser in it, a single room good enough to cater the need of 5 to 6 people from a family. Great value equipped with vfm food arrangement that can also be arranged in room. Super satisfied and will opt always to stay again n again. Hotel in seoni town. Rooms are sufficiently spacious. Ac and geyser works fine. Cleanliness is nothing to complain about. Parking is available at rear of the Hotel Shivani Palace in open space. Breakfast was with poha, idly and vada and it’s ok.
