They did not have any information about our booking we tried a lot gave them booking id but they didn’t gave us the room due to which we have to book another hotel neither they’ve refunded

Google location showed on mm t is wrong and after a struggle for about 1 hour when we reached there was no one to help for luggage, no complimentary mineral water is provided, geyser was not working, washroom tiles were so dirty, it's the worst stay so far

Not well experience. Room service was very bad. Need a lot of improvement.

Staff is very cooperative. Good hospitality. Although bedsheets and blanket were not clean, they changed the things quickly. We can get our own food and get it heated or even cooked. They have very nominal charges. Location is best.

I booked this hotel at about 6:30 pm from Muzaffarnagar area. Around 10 pm I arrived at the hotel & it was in an extremely shabby condition. After informing the receptionist at the time about the same, I was assured that I will get a refund from their end. Also I called MMT to confront about the same & confirm my refund. I spoke to one executive (name unknown) & then I was assured a callback from him. But when no one called back for about 2 hours, I called back again & spoke to an executive named Abhishek, who also assured me that MMT will speak to the hotel's owner tomorrow (Sept 10th) & call me back with a refund confirmation. I was told by Abhishek that he spoke to the hotel (after placing my call on hold) & look at the hotel staff audacity saying that we never came to their hotel. Whereas the previous caller from MMT called them in front me. I saw him speaking to MMT representative, so I was present there. Again no call back from Abhishek's follow up either, I have been trying to call MMT since the past 2 days now & am not being connected to any executive. It just goes through the automated voice setup & eventually says please go to our website & my call gets disconnected. Please note twice previously I have called you the exact same manner & I could speak to someone from your team. Eventually we decided to stay at another hotel nearby. And went from this filthy hotel. Now I want a refund as assured by MMT. Request you to initiate the same. Thank you, awaited.

Location was good near the laxman jhula Food was average .. Rooms were good and spacious. Overall worth the money we spent. Only thing I would suggest is to improve on the food quality and this property can be best selling.

The photos in the website are quite old or morphed. The room was dusty even the sheets were not changed. The locks don't work and The room was having a foul stale odour. It was quite difficult to stay the night.

I have visited Rishikesh so many times & stayed in different hotels but this time I really regret for selecting a bad hotel like Shivanta Residency. Frankly speaking the hotel is located just 7 to 8 min walkable distance from famous Laxman Jhula that is the only plus point. The rooms are dirty & the food is the most terrible one. I have booked this property for 2 night but due to the poor service & the bad attitude of the employees I stayed there for 1 night only.

Owners of this hotel are purely money minded. We got the room in low price through MMT and so they denied giving us room despite of our showing confirmation message and payment. Please don't go to this hotel. Rooms are too costly

Rooms are big and spacious. Food quality is nice. Easily reachable. Surrounded by good shops and cafes. WiFi speed is not up to the mark. Hotel staff is cooperative. Washroom was clean. Balcony was not clean
