I suggest it to those who only needs shelter to stay in budget price. Its a big Hotel Shivay. Approaching to Kausani you may easily find this Hotel Shivay as it is situated at the point from where this hill station welcomes you. It is well connected to road. Parking area is congested. More than 6 cars cannot be parked here. From this place u can easily roam to this small hill station. Hotel staff is nice and cooperative. Owner is also good at behavior. Overall a good experience at affordable budget.

The Hotel Shivay is located near to bus stand. I booked standard room for 2 nights. The staff was very cooperative. The room was spacious but poorly maintained. Food was good. Quilt and bedsheet were not clean. I hope the deluxe rooms are properly maintained.

When we reached we found the Hotel Shivay was under construction. But they have made all the arrangements in other Hotel name Sumit. Room was spacious. We could easily see the snow hills from our balcony. And the food was very tasty and delicious. It was just like home made fresh food with less spices. Hospitality was also good. They also arranged a room heater for us as it was very cold. Great Experience we had. Kasuani is a quiet place . People toes who love nature can visit this place.
