Hotel Shivay

Location was so good. Room was also good, but room service for managing things were also good, but no service for food in room, not even tea.

The wash basin's out let was dislocated and dirty. Furniture were too much dirty. No tv connection was there.

There is no facility of WI FY, intercom system, tv, geyser.

Food was good but there was dust in rooms and insects in room. They have to clean the rooms and washrooms and change bedsheets daily.

Nice rooms in budget. Easily accessible. Himalayan view is at walking distance.

The hotel is located at the starting of Kausani. It has two entrances, the main gate from where the vehicles can enter does not have any notification of reception. We ourselves carried our luggage to the reception. The reception is located 3 stories higher with another location. They do have credit card facility but signal runs out all the time. Food is expensive so prefer eating out. Cleanliness is good.

In this hotel like a garbeg ... Room is not cleen and location is average ... Bed is sooo smelly. Bathroom is not clean and make my service is so poor. Please don't stay in this hotel .. Make my trip hotel not good ...

I suggest it to those who only needs shelter to stay in budget price. Its a big hotel. Approaching to Kausani you may easily find this hotel as it is situated at the point from where this hill station welcomes you. It is well connected to road. Parking area is congested. More than 6 cars cannot be parked here. From this place u can easily roam to this small hill station. Hotel staff is nice and cooperative. Owner is also good at behavior. Overall a good experience at affordable budget.

The hotel is located near to bus stand. I booked standard room for 2 nights. The staff was very cooperative. The room was spacious but poorly maintained. Food was good. Quilt and bedsheet were not clean. I hope the deluxe rooms are properly maintained.

I could not find a worst hotel than this in my entire journey to different places in UK. Damp room, spilled water flow from toilet, dirty bedsheet & towel. We had two rooms booked but both had the same issue. Even on complain they said no rooms are available to shift. Only positive is the location. I spent only 10 hrs and moved away. Overall, a pathetic experience.

Location is good and service is also good. Food is good but the main problem is their room which is not spacious and uncomfortable. Suffocating problem and not a sound sleep. Staff are very much helpful an tried to solve our problems. Overall not a good stay but staff are well behaved.

Rooms are not properly ventilated. Also the toilets are ordinary. Services on call are satisfactory. Room size is so small that proper movement is not possible. Staff is much cooperative. In emergency you may stay for a day. Thanks.

When we reached we found the hotel was under construction. But they have made all the arrangements in other Hotel name Sumit. Room was spacious. We could easily see the snow hills from our balcony. And the food was very tasty and delicious. It was just like home made fresh food with less spices. Hospitality was also good. They also arranged a room heater for us as it was very cold. Great Experience we had. Kasuani is a quiet place . People toes who love nature can visit this place.
