When I visited the hotel and checked in my room. Then first of all washroom was very dirty and it smelling very badly and as i upgraded a to AC room but the AC was not working properly and wifi was not working also. After concluding all these points all over experience was very bad.

This hotel is not a hotel its like a house with really bad conditions, with no facility, no towel, no toiletry nothing, There was no washroom in the room, No balcony, everything was very dirty, even the bedding and there was a bad smell in the room and the staff was very rude and there were not cooperative at all ,

Room was not cleaned before I checked in even in evening. The bedsheets and blanket were not clean. No kettle in room. AC cooling not effective, Fan speed is slow. One good thing was responsive and helpful staff.

solo1. Absolutely arrogant staff. 2. What you booked will not even match 1% to actual property check images. 3. Torn and dirty towels & bedsheets 4. unwashed pillow covers for many stays (literally black) 5. Unclean Bathrooms and Furniture. 6. Stinky rooms with Damp walls. 7. Locked doors may not open again with Keys, be careful. 8. If you book it with Breakfast you will not get it. 10. No Toiletries 11. Rooms are with full of dust on floor
