Hotel's room was too small and congested compared to the tariff they are charging. There is no lobby or waiting area to sit and discuss.

1) There is a designated discussion room next to the lobby, if you had mentioned your concern at the reception, we could have helped you rather than making an assumption 2) room space area is already mentioned on the booking portal, along with unedited mobile captured pictures 3) from next time onwards please reserve the room for two adults rather than one and don't be under the impression that the hotel won't notice and would not charge for the extra adult

Very basic hotel. Only super deluxe rooms are good clean and spacious with basic essential amenities like TV Geyser intercom. There is no dedicated Restaurant in the hotel. Only vegetarian food served inside the room. One need to be very careful while Food ordering and payment . Services are very prompt. Food quality is basic. Location is excellent.

The location was Great! The room was very clean with Great decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises! The breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

Bad experience poor hygiene

Very bad experience, last time when I had checked in the bedsheet, pillows and curtains were neat and tidy. This time I could see small insects crawling all over the bedsheet which was replaced after complaint the bathroom toilet seat lacked cleaning and the food offered was too oily and daal was burnt. Guests are allowed even in the sleeping time causing disturbance in sleep.

sorry but we aren't apologizing again over the internet now we had addressed each and every complaint during your stay itself 1)we changed the linens,2) we changed the dal you ordered, 3)we even stopped the neighboring room from creating nuisance i understand this should NOT have happened in the first place itself, we already accepted our mistake and apologized to you in person while you were here, but in return all we are getting is showcase of the bad part we cannot continue to apologize over and over again for the same matter i see all human beings forgetting all the 100 good deeds but just remembering 1 bad, cant do nothing, peace
