The Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road is in a good location. Jhakhu ropeway is in front of the Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road which saves a lot of time. The ridge and mall road are just 5 mins walk away from the Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road. Basically you can cover all the main points of shimla at walking distance from this Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road. Food was also fine, but can be better.

1. 3 star property, clean and good built property. Room side is good but washroom bit small. 2. Location is reachable by car in off hours. 450 rupees pick and drop charges to shimla railway station. 3. 2 min comfortable walk to mcdonalds 5 min comfortable walk to the ridge. 5 min sloppy/stairy walk to the lift. Reverse is bit difficult as it is uphill. 4 no idea about food. 5. 300 extra charges for blower/heater per night.

The property is at a very appropriate point. Whole mall road, the mall, the ridge can be accessed easily as well as it is just next to jakhu temple ropeway. Talking about the food, the food is really nice in whole himachal and so it was here. We ordered parathas, sandwiches, pakoroas. You must try pakoras and parathas and their masala chi is a must. Ambience is also nice. Services provided were really upto the mark.

The Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road also provides pick and drop services at reasonable prices. We stayed for 2n/3d and had an amazing and comfortable stay. The food and Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road people were always ready to help us for any situation. 10/10

Property is nearby at starting of mall road, u can reach there via lift and then you have to take shortcut which is about 250m away, we checked in early, manager allow us to check in early without any extra charges, everything went smooth, as a couple we don’t face any issue, their is also an in-house restaurant which offer yummy meal on demand in your room, must stayed as a couple travelers

Location is good, just 10 mins walk from mall road but wouldn't recommend for aged people as the road is quite steep and no cars are allowed on this road. Hotel provides pick and drop facility to mall lift during check in only. Amenities wise it's good as it covers all your basic needs. Also, food quality is good although a bit pricey. Overall it was a good experience staying here.

Location: good at mall road near christ church, shimla and just beside the ropeway to jakoo temple. Only problem rented car not reached at Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road. Only Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road car can go to the Hotel Shiwalik Regency - The Mall Road. Food: ok. Stairs can be difficult to aged person. Rooms are small. Hotel staffs are very helpful.

I booked a family suite room for 2 nights the room was quite small as there was no space left as 2 beds was placed. The balcony was also small. Overall service is quite good as well as the food in their restaurant is also very nice. Location is also good as it is 5 mins walking distance from mall road and easily accessible.

Hot location was good, it was situated walking distance from mall road, rooms are small, staff behaviour was polite and helpful, veg food are delicious, non veg food need to improve, however foods are over priced no power back up

Overall the experience was good, but i felt it lack in one area, i. E. There was no fan or ac, so during my stay, at times, i felt hot and there was nothing to ease it.

Amazing property… the best part is, it is near to Mall Road and the food quality is awesome.. rooms were clean and the hospitality was 10/10.. overall a great experience.

Staff is very polite and always on call for help even in midnight. Overall stay was nice. Would recommend it for other people too

Hotel is near the mall road. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Hotel staff very soft and polite. All n all its a good property to stay if wanna go mall road in shimla.
