Toilet is small and not clean, brush and paste is not available, soap is not in proper place, hot water is not properly available, spoons are not there to eat breakfast, breaksfast spread is very very poor, no food choices

Stay was comfortable, rooms were clean. The only issue was breakfast, my colleague and me were traveling for work, stayed for 4 nights, we had to leave by 8 am every day, breakfast was not ready until after 8, so that was a problem.

Hotel Shoolin Grand was nice, well maintained and clean property we stayed for 2days and we choose shoolin as the location was precisely center of all the places we wanted to visit in mangalore and their rooms were neat and clean with friendly staff assisting with car park and food was reasonably good too and also soft spoke receptionist

Location is ok type, amenities are also good but the food choice specially at the time of breakfast is horrible. No choice of additional Fruit eggs are available very limited food during the breakfast, and the timing is also a concern.

Okay for overnight stay. Hotel room ceiling is very low that an average Indian can touch the fan. Quite a risky setup for people traveling with kids. Will never recommend this hotel for family traveling with kids . Considering the location advantage, okay for Business Travelers.

hotel shoolin is not good. I booked 2 executive rooms with balcony. The room was full of cockroaches 🪳. it was scary to sleep at night . cockroaches with were roaming on bed. was with family. my kid was scared to sleep. the cockroaches went inside the pant at night during sleep. if it could have went in nose or ears then it will be problem. hotels smells bad . use to get smell of pesticides and very less ventilation. but staff are excellent and very good behaviour.
