TV was not working Intercom was not working The lift was out of order Price was high as compared to service. In this price you can get better option

Hotel is best location Good food and good services hotel staff good behavior next time I will be there stay in this hotel .

Location good, food ok, amenities nil, room was clean. only cash payment accepted. no UPI, CARD payment accepted

The room had very Poor Air conditioner which was a Window AC with no option to set the temperature. There was no cooling at all. Also, the toiletries were not present in the washroom. The blanket was dirty.

A very good stay The room and washroom both are clean and hygienic good think that's an RFID Card counter nearby the hotel.

Wash room no working . Worst then ever clenining of room was room not done ... pls do not take this Hotel as family stay

The hotel charges heavily compared to facilities available there. When we reached, the towels were not given . The reason submitted was that they are wet due to weather yesterday. The towels were provided in the evening. The room freshner was used in the room. The cleanliness of mattress and blanket was also not satisfactory. I have stayed in this hotel earlier at cost of Rs.3000/-, but cost of Rs.5000/- for this kind of room is not acceptable. The owner should improve facilities all around. The only criteria which is highly favourable is its location. Thanks

Average stay. when we entered the room at 12 am saw cockroaches on the floor. bedsheets was not that clean and dirty blankets. The staff put hit spray and provided clean bedsheets. bathroom was clean. Only plus point was it's very near to bus stand yatra purchi counter. We stayed there only for 4 hrs from 12 am to 4 am and paid a full day accommodation charge. It's right at the bus depot so during day time there will be lot of noise. although it was not that much between 12-4 am. Auto stand was also at a walking distance. These were the only plus point as we started our yatra at 4 am and that's the only reason to consider this hotel. Overall Room is not worth the amount paid and not recommended if one have to stay for a bit longer hours.

The location is good, the food is ok, they should improve their tollteries items and make them these things before guests arrive.

Stay was good and comfortable. It was short stay and next day went to mata ji darsan. Electric cattle is required for morning tea or coffee

Hotel Shradhha is my favorite hotel. I stay at hotel Shradhha for last 3 tour in Jammu Kashmir. Good management, polite staff and excellent service. Hotel shradhha is located near bus stand, near yatra parchi counter, near auto stand and near to shopping market. So hotel shradhha is always Best 👍👍👍

Overall was good. Easily location available. Room was ready and cleaned as we checked in. Food & service was fantastic.

I chose this hotel due to its close proximity from Niharika Bhawan from where one gets RFID for yatra. We were 6 and booked one room for just 2-3 hours. Reached hotel around 3 pm and requested receptionist that we would be staying only for 2-3 hours for dress change and fresh but they didn't allow. They told us to book another triplet room. We didn't feel good about it. Also they didn't have separate clock room for keeping luggage . I think there will be better property at this price.

Ac with no remote with poor function. Breakfast was not available till 8:30. Overall it's a bad experience.

In terms of staying here property is superb and the staff is very supportive but in terms of food that is average.

Room no 203 was allotted to me. Window ac noisy fixed with temperature 16 degrees, no remort. Bathroom geyser water always dipping.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is just next to bus stand. Just 40-50 meter from Yatra Parchi Counter. Staff is not interested in entertaining guests. When we asked questions, they tried not to answer properly. They try not to make eye contact. Front desk employees's body language made us feel that he is feeling superior for some reason. Maybe he was owner himself sitting on cash counter. Then we stopped asking them and tried to gather info from other sources. Food is not so good. Lift is available and working. Hotel is neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel ONLY AND ONLY if you have budget problem, because their rude faces can ruin your vacations.

Washroom was not clean. The door had fungus all over. Mattress was damaged and uncomfortable. Food ordered was extremely oily and stale. Pros were nearness to parch i counter and main bazaar.

Very neat and clean room. Very prime location, old katra bus stand but now no more bus moving, so no noisy at all. Easily get auto and taxi. Can see mataji hill top from outside the hotel. All restaurants and shopping is just 2 minutes walking.

It was an overall nice stay and comfortable, staffs are very helpful and the location is also very good. Thanks
