Please don’t advise anyone to stay in this property it’s and service less.

I had a terrible experience at Leela International, Manmad, Maharashtra. While the hotel entrance and reception lobby appear decent, the actual stay was a nightmare. • Room cleanliness was extremely poor—the towels provided were dirty, and there was a stench coming from the room. • The TV was not working as the set-top box payment hadn’t been made by the hotel. • The rooms were shabby and in an unhygienic condition. • Shockingly, we even found a knife lying behind the TV, which raised serious safety concerns. , but this hotel was nowhere close to acceptable standards. For the same price, we could have stayed in a far better hotel with proper amenities.

Bellboys are loafers. I have never seen such inhospitable delinquent hospitality on display. Absolute arrogance is order of the day from owner down to lowest staff. Hotel needs expeditions deletion from all travel sites. It's a hotel owned and run by devils.

hotel staff behavior is very bad. terrible bathroom. we have booked executive room of 3 bed they have given normal room with extra bed. first they are not ready to give any room they are saying they cancelled the booking we reached late due to traffic. after our request they have given small room. for only one night and cancel our second night booking. we had very terrible experience. 🙏🏻..

Average rooms and service. Wall where ac located is watering no battery in remote lights were not clear in room electric button not functioning stell chair and table provided which was as per standard water bottle were charged soap was not given post room cleaning no change of towel

Good rooms. Clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. Food is ok. But strictly vegetarian. Finally. There are not many options available around, which are better than this. So. Go for it!

I'd like to raise my biggest concern towards the hygiene in the kitchen. The first thing i ordered from it's restaurant was tea, when i opened the kettle i found dead cockroach inside it. Also the service is very poor, none of their tv works. When we told them to fix it they keep dodging our concern by giving various excuses. In some rooms the ac we're too old not sure whether they would work properly or not. The property is nice but not maintained properly. I don't find this hotel worth of the price they're charging.

Old Premises, Fungus On Wall, No Water Supply, Old Plumbing, Ac Not Working, Interiror So old and furniture also

During check in informed tv ac and wifi and clean room but we done payment and check room found tv recharge plan expired wifi not available very dirty room ac not properly working and water very low

Hotel is just average and not worth money. Poorly managed, lacking amenities. Wifi not working, lot of mosquitos etc

Hotel from outside is superb but rooms are in very bad condition water facility not good shortage of lights in passage and overr all service is very poor

We have booked 2 rooms for family for 1 night stay and initially they have given rotten, foul and old rooms. After complaining changed rooms then in morning need to wait for hot water as run by solar system. Can’t complain more than it for 1 night stay. Thanks

cleaning ke Nam par dhaba, no water in was room most of the requested the staff to brush even , we have to wait for hot water to take bath R.O. water not available minneral water @ ₹30/+tax, food taste was good but again waiter does not know how to serve the food

Hotel is walking distance from railway station if you can lug your stuff. Room is okay size, ac was working though old, bed was clean though not standard. Gave the 3rd pillow & towel on request. The problem was plumbing. The toilet seat flush of the room allotted to us was draining continuously. We complained. A staff came & did something & said "it's fixed. Now, the entire cold(normal) water supply of the entire bathroom turned off! there was just hot water, & that was really hot! in the morning, this situation caused us

It is close to railway station and bus depot walkable distance. However inside the hotel it is not noisy

It’s location is very good close to bus stand and railway station and high way. Very good connectivity with shirdi.
